went this morning for the new cookie butter latte. first problem is they don’t know how to listen when you order and when they mess it up after correcting them twice they will sit in the window and talk badly about you right in front of you. the second problem was they made it extremely bad the color was almost black and there were grounds floating at the bottom of the cup. the man with the dirty beard that was running things behind the window was the worst out of all of them. extremely dirty and disgusting. i know it gets busy but to give that gross attitude for simply asking you to give us the order we asked for at the counter was shocking. dirty, disrespectful, and nasty.

Unsanitary and unprofessional experience. The male employee at the register had long braids with no hair net, sagging pants and kept his hand inside the front of his pants 🤮he was also handling cash while also making drinks WITHOUT washing his hands which is why I declined my drink. Vanessa offered to make my drink , but the person with the headset made a rude comment about it “looking the same”. Overall, the front of the store was unkept, staff were distracted and unprofessional and service was slow. This isn’t the first bad experience here but it will definitely be my last.

Even though I was not dining in, it was still good because me and my family ordered some burgers and some jelly donuts 😋 the jelly donuts were good,but in my Opinion I thought the burgers were better 😋.

This dunkin is reliably terrible. The inside is dirty, and the containers for sugar, ketchup, etc are always empty. The service is slow and almost everything in my order was wrong. Bacon avocado toast had no bacon, regular bagel minis instead of the everything ones I ordered. My sausage egg and cheese had a mixed smell and a repulsive taste. Had to wait about 20 minutes for the pickup order and everyone around me was waiting extremely long too. Staff is nice enough but when everything is wrong it doesn't matter

My first time here they overcooked my egg and cheese so bad it wasn't edible. The egg didn't look like an egg at all and the bagel it was on was extremely burnt. Whatever it's dunkin donuts so I ordered again a different day and this was an online order. I go to the speaker and give my order and name and she says pull up. I get there and the lady tells me I don't see it one second. I see her in the back pushing buttons then she tells me "you just put in that order now" and I ordered it 15 almost 20 minutes before I went. She was giving me an attitude and handing my stuff with disgust on her face so I decided to light my blunt and be rude back. She told me all set and as I pulled out of line something told me to check my food and of course my donut was missing so I went inside this time. I showed them my phone and she got the donut and as she handed the bag to me, when I reached for it she let it go on the counter. I'm black and Puerto rican and I'm pretty sure the two ladies were African. Just fn rude and I will not be back

Just straight up horrible food and service. I typically order a Plain Bagel, toasted dark, with cream cheese. Every time, the bagel is barely toasted, and has a glob of cream cheese slapped in between, followed by a simple "Here." The last straw was when I opened the bagel, only to see a strand of hair and some piece of vegetable/leaf in it. If you want to risk food poisoning and enjoy rude service, then this is the Dunkin for you!
