Horrible ! I waited 22 min in the drive thru for nothing. These people are a joke. Everytime I think about giving this place a chance they prove why I should never waste my time .

Got a strawberry refresher, got about halfway drinking it when I found a bunch of little black bits and pieces at the bottom. They're too big to be strawberry seeds so who knows what I've been drinking. Actually so nasty, somebody needs to call somebody on this place ;(

I ordered a latte, was in the store for over 30 minutes. No manager on shift, only 2 workers and got over charged for my order. Never got my latte. The guy was nice but it’s unprofessional

I try and avoid coming to this dunkin, but when the one down the street is packed, I'm forced to. They are extremely slow, unprofessional, and don't listen to what you ask for. I ask for something toasted, they give it to me not toasted, I ask for 3 sugars in my black coffee, and they give me 3 creams no sugar, I ask for no cheese and they give me cheese. The list goes on and on. They even have their children at work with them at the drive thru. I understand needing to bring your child to work for some reasons, but don't let them sit at the drive thru window staring at your customers. Very unprofessional.

went this morning for the new cookie butter latte. first problem is they don’t know how to listen when you order and when they mess it up after correcting them twice they will sit in the window and talk badly about you right in front of you. the second problem was they made it extremely bad the color was almost black and there were grounds floating at the bottom of the cup. the man with the dirty beard that was running things behind the window was the worst out of all of them. extremely dirty and disgusting. i know it gets busy but to give that gross attitude for simply asking you to give us the order we asked for at the counter was shocking. dirty, disrespectful, and nasty.

Unsanitary and unprofessional experience. The male employee at the register had long braids with no hair net, sagging pants and kept his hand inside the front of his pants 🤮he was also handling cash while also making drinks WITHOUT washing his hands which is why I declined my drink. Vanessa offered to make my drink , but the person with the headset made a rude comment about it “looking the same”. Overall, the front of the store was unkept, staff were distracted and unprofessional and service was slow. This isn’t the first bad experience here but it will definitely be my last.

Even though I was not dining in, it was still good because me and my family ordered some burgers and some jelly donuts 😋 the jelly donuts were good,but in my Opinion I thought the burgers were better 😋.

This dunkin is reliably terrible. The inside is dirty, and the containers for sugar, ketchup, etc are always empty. The service is slow and almost everything in my order was wrong. Bacon avocado toast had no bacon, regular bagel minis instead of the everything ones I ordered. My sausage egg and cheese had a mixed smell and a repulsive taste. Had to wait about 20 minutes for the pickup order and everyone around me was waiting extremely long too. Staff is nice enough but when everything is wrong it doesn't matter
