The young lady at the front is not welcoming at all. No manners. Customer service was below average. Coffee was horrible and the donut was not done fully on the inside. Got my money back but not one apology from the manager just the excuse that they don’t make them at the store. Thanks !

I live two seconds down the road and this is the closest dunkin that is convenient for me to go to before heading into work. I genuinely have to set aside 30 minutes EXTRA to my commute if I go to this Dunkin, as it is quite literally the slowest Dunkin in the world. And once your in the drive thru, your stuck there because there’s no access to an exit. Terrible Dunkin

They gave bad service and one of them had an AirPod and couldn’t hear me because of it and gave me the wrong size of coffee and I ordered a bagel w strawberry cream cheese and gave me a bacon egg n cheese instead and I told her what I ordered and gave me a bagel with cream cheese and gave me an attitude.

I visit Dunkin often, and this particular Dunkin is slow at best on fulfilling orders. It took 10 minutes to get through the drive with only 3 cars ahead of me. The Dunkin in Meriden on East Main can process 3 cars in around a minute!
Its almost like I wasn't standing there waiting for service. maybe if i had waved my arms they wolf have seen me. Almost walked out.
