I ordered a pickup mobile order 20 minutes ahead as I'm a nurse and I want some coffee in the morning before I head to work. I walk in after I arrive and it's still not done (20 minutes, just a coffee and a donut). There's two workers and they both have air pods in and one is listening to music, while the other one is on a call in her air pods. Worst service ever. It's fast food for a reason and I'm usually gracious with this stuff since I've worked in retail and the restaurant business before but this is ridiculous. I'm surprised this place is even open still.

This Dunkin Donuts is always super busy , with 3 people, one at the window , one at the counter and one floating btwn register, drinks and food , everyone is working together and the person who took my order made sure to acknowledge us waiting and to say they would be right with us , which they did , pleasantly and making sure our order was correct.. Great job everyone, thanks for the food.

Waited 25 min in drive thru for some munchkins completely unacceptable everyone in there needs to be replaced. America can't run on Dunkin when half the staff needs a treadmill

Service and the wake-up wrap are terrific. Sausage egg and cheese on a shell with tots. A brush of butter on the wrap, sprinkle of pepper on the egg, and a dazzle of salt on the tots = Perfection. Sometimes the croissant can be a little much bread for me so this is an amazing item

I ordered a medium frozen chocolate. What I got was some frozen coffee drink I can't stand coffee. I also ordered two Boston cream donuts I got one Boston cream donut and one chocolate donut. I'll never go here again I'll go up the street and see if they're more competent.

The young lady at the front is not welcoming at all. No manners. Customer service was below average. Coffee was horrible and the donut was not done fully on the inside. Got my money back but not one apology from the manager just the excuse that they don’t make them at the store. Thanks !
