I went and ordered a frozen caramel crème coffee. The guy who took the order kept saying a frozen caramel coffee, I kept correcting him. He proceeds to sell me a frozen caramel coffee, which was disgusting because it was basically a frozen coffee with caramel flavor and one cream which was completely different from what I actually ordered. Upon receiving the order I realized immediately it wasn’t what I wanted. When I returned for a corrected drink he stated they don’t serve...

October 2024

I went through drive through to get a cup of hot chocolate, no whip cream. The cup wasn’t even filled up. I’ve noticed this at other locations as well, not just here. People are spending money, at least make sure the cups are just about full. Just something to consider.

I love the morning weekday crew. Heck I love all of you. Probably the best Dunkin I’ve experienced besides the one on Campbell next to McDonald’s in west haven. I’m so happy this is my go to Dunkin now - for years on the Boston post rd multiple Dunkin’s are slow the turn over rate is crazy but this Dunkin right here I just love you guys please don’t ever leave ?
