It should be close if not out of business or at least permanently shut down the drive-through. I went thru drive thru...was told they are only taking cash at moment. Ok I understand sometimes the systems could be down. I leave, go get a 20 dollar bill at the ATM come back...and now they first ask me if I'm only getting a coffee or am I getting more things. I just want a coffee please....well I need to have exact change now! I bet if I go back through the drive thru with exact change there will be another excuse!!! Too many Dunkins on foxon rd for terrible customer service!! 2/17 5:45pm

I pretty much never leave a bad review only positive but unfortunately the service here is HORRIBLE. Everytime I go mid day I wait at the drive through window for 5 minutes to finally order what I want then I'll sit at the service window sometimes up to 10 minutes cause it seems they can't or don't want to make more then one order at a time. Honestly with all the bad reviews and service idk how the owner hasn't made serious changes. If you don't want to work there then DON'T. Worst service By Far!!!!
