On 12/22/24 Sunday morning on my way to work for some OT I went to go get a med hot coffee light and sweet and 2 blue berry donuts and as I walked in I said morning to a very rude and nasty mgn I can't even believe she is a mgn..but she said she is, Hispanic female with a very nasty attitude,saying she didn't have to say nothing to me when I asked if the black male is he the only one working here cause she didn't say nothing to me ,then when I ask him then she started to say something I'm working here to...now she wants to say something when I wasn't asking her nothing,then she said she didn't have to say anything to me when she doing something or she don't have to serve me after being rude and nasty to a customer is she should be FIRED ASAP before she get herself in trouble

Ordered a bagel EXTRA cream cheese and I barely got enough cream cheese to cover one side or the bagel. Thethin layer of cream cheese they put on my bagel doesn't even cover the whole bagel, more than half of the bagel is DRY! If I wanted a dry bagel I would've asked for no cream cheese. Huge disappointment.

This Dunkin Donuts it’s the worse ever. They don’t ware hair nets. They are rude disrespectful towards military veterans. This is not a corporate business. It’s a franchise with an incompetent manager and employees. Thugs work here. They will take your food and give it to someone else regularly. They will take away your appetite.

Came here in the evening, woman was sweeping and gave zero acknowledgment til she was done. Her young child was in the back cleaning and taking out garbage. She eventually came to counter sniveling and sickly coughing so my husband refused to get anything. I regretfully I still got one but I’ll not be coming back if she’s there.

Out of mayo poor customer service wrong bagel coffee is burned. Advertised as a done in, only one table no restroom and a big open floor plan.

When you're able to get service here, it's a great location. But their hours aren't good at all for people looking for hot coffee visiting the hospital.Coffee was fresh and the donut selection as well as sandwich es and other products are good.Because your location closed so early you shouldn't close your doors early. ??

I generally like the employees here, but 3 of the last 4 times I've placed a mobile order around 6pm, I've come to find the store closed. If that's the new regular closing time, then management needs to update the main Dunkin' system so the app won't let mobile orders go through when the store is closed.
