I love this Dunkin', almost every time I come to Connecticut I drop in for some munchkins or donuts or a sandwich. Service is usually pretty quick and the food is pretty good.

My friend went in with a gift card and the rest in change. She was shorted and walked out with the extra $1 she gave for the complete order. The cashier stated that she didn't hand over enough money for a small coffee. So becare if you aren't just accepted as a person struggling. Becareful to only give them the correct change. Also they should know how to speak English instead of taking over the conversation and ruining someone's days.

Don’t know if the person is new but I didn’t like the service.i placed my order for an ice coffee and before i can even tell what else I want she walked away to make my drink. I wasn’t done ordering. I got hash browns that were not fully cooked. When I went back inside she’s saying to her co worker “ I just made these” yea you did. Then as she’s making them she’s saying “ it’s half eaten” that’s why I came back inside because the middle was still frozen. Like bffr. Ppl don’t play about their food. If it were her she’d do the same.
Thie following goes for all Dunkin Donuts so far, if I order a latte it is always so light and with very few sips for something that would normally cost almost $5. I never would pay that, I always use a coupon and it is still unsatisfactory. I ordered hash browns today also and the girl said hash browns only when I asked if it came with a latte, she was rude and impersonal but I finally figured out they were my hash browns, and they were cold and it was unsatisfying. I felt terrible having bought it, and wasting all that paper they use for their products, they should use recycled paper. I can't imagine paying $7 for that "meal" which it would be without a coupon. Dunkin Donuts sure makes a lot on those ridiculous lattes, all day long. The hash brown girl was rude burl I hope she gets part of the tip rather than people who might own the place. The guy at the register was friendly enough.

Good for a train station stop. I got a bottled water and two chocolate donut holes. The service was fast and friendly. They offered breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and of course donuts. They had a good selection of donuts for the small size of the store. Two checkouts made the line go quickly.

I simply asked for a toasted cinnamon rasin bagel with cream cheese. The bag felt warm so I assumed I had a nice TOASTED bagel so I can enjoy while I'm on the train on my way back home. The bag felt warm , but when I open it my bagel was not TOASTED at all with barley any cream cheese. I want to cry yes over food & something so simple because when you're pregnant, and you're craving something specific you want just that.. I never gotten a receipt after I paid for my items.. but if I did I definitely would be calling the store manager or corporate.. because next time give me what I order, and give the customers their receipt when you're done & my refresher drink I ordered with my bagel a mango pineapple I rate a -1.
