Went here twice, they've kept making my order wrong and giving the wrong size. I don't believe they know the difference between Large or Medium. I'm thinking they're also just trying to rip people off from their money because everyone in Union Station is in a hurry to their next destination. I will never be back to this Dunkin again.

I find they’re usually pretty quick at the lower level Dunkin’ right by the train concourse. And the sandwiches I’ve gotten have been fine, as has the iced coffee. But the drip coffee tastes like burnt popcorn. Garbage.

They are very slow, always have new staff, and never make anything correct. You would think they should move with urgency as everyone has a train to catch, but they never do. Definitely need better leadership here.

Busy small place due to location. Barely 5 people can stand inside. Not sure - but I ordered regular small coffee with milk and sugar - the coffee was more on the bitter side and not tasting great - not sure if was the coffee roast or brew . Forgot to take picture.

I’m getting tired of this Dunkin’ Donuts depending on the person the 6 dollar meal will be served I used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts in Manchester ct once the door open everything need to start be sold I don’t like the fact the girl who is working there say oh sorry we can’t it I’ll take 15 to 20 minutes are you serious but when it comes from the other girl or the guy they do it, this is ridiculous the Dunkin’ Donuts in, Union RR station union station 50 ave New Haven if I can give 0 star I’ll, personally once door open everything need start be sold or keep the door closed into you are ready.

Coffee was nasty, no customer service experience from workers drink wasn’t stirred long line and 5 workers with bad attitudes taste like dirt has to exchange lid as well bc it was messy nasty at top
Amazing crew love to go here every morning they treat my kids with such kindness whole crew no matter what time we go there everyone is so polite and gentle
