Came in just used the bathroom so I ordered told the clerk that I was ordering just used the bathroom. She let me order and then told me after the transaction that the bathroom was going to be closed for the rest of the day. The coffee was good, but it doesn't excuse the poor customer service at this location. Instead of a sign that says bathrooms for customers only, it should say bathrooms closed when they are closed. I asked for a refund, but since there's no manager on duty tonight, they couldn't give a refund.

This is a wonderful location. The ladies here are so nice and efficient with the service they provide. It is always so clean and neat. The drink orders are always correct. They toast the croissants, and bagels just right. The coffee never has a burnt taste, and always get the ratios of cream to sugar correct (at least for me). **accessibility ramp is located at the back of the building **

Extremely disappointing experience. The store claims to close at 7 PM, but it was already shut down before 6 PM. I placed an online order and arrived shortly after to pick it up, only to find the doors locked and the place completely emptyâno staff, no sign. Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time. Wonât be coming back.

It's bad when there is a clean person in the group and the others are filthy, who don't want to clean, throw garbage or do anything... the manager or supervisor should get a little stronger about that Because HYGIENE is the most important thing in a place that sells food

Came in on feb 16 and Mobil ordered. My boyfriendâs coffee is usually light and was really dark. The worker barely looked at me. I waited several mins till I asked her to fix me coffee as she was walking away since she wasnât gonna take me. Looked at me crazy. As I was LEAVING basically out the door wanna talk about some âno thank youâ. Dumbas workers who canât make coffee and can only talk smack when the customer was out the door. I wish I had her name but only thing rememberable about her is her faded blotchy red hair in a claw clip

The worst customer service and Dunkin Iâve been to. I was never rude to the cashier and she was very rude to me from the beginning. She gave me the order wrong and when I told her she screamed at me and once again was very rude. The manager was not there so itâs been an awful experience. Never come here If I could rate negative stars I would. Needless to say my breakfast was ruinedd
