This has got to be by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts to exist. I’m not saying this based off of a one time experience because I have given this spot a chance a handful of times. The last two times my iced coffee was so disgusting I had to toss it! Let’s not forget the gentleman working the drive-thru at night was arguing with another customer. Tonight the drive-thru was closed I walk in while there’s a ton people young kids hanging out it is 6:30pm on a Saturday mind you the store hours day they close at 8:00pm they stated they were closed but there was a ton of teens inside.Just a very unprofessional atmosphere.

I like the interior of this place, all the brown colors etc. it’s very cozy. They don’t make things correctly that often and are often out of a lot of common ingredients, but they always seem to add double syrup in my Dunkin energy, so I won’t complain! 👍

I would've gave them zero (0) stars if i could, but Someone needs to talk to there corporate office about this dunkin donuts establishment at 323 whalley ave. in new haven, Ct. This is ridiculous, why we go there to make an order and they have NO FOOD , it's 12:20 in the afternoon, they have NO FOOD. Wow, thst says alot of this place. Be aware people.

Lady with the tattoo was sleeping i did mobile order and she said what you need . I was like I did online. I order hot drink she serve me totally cold coffee. She is with lot off attitude.

I Ordered 2 items on the menu and the guy taking the order gives me one. I told him I ordered 2 and the other male employees says “I don’t care what you have to say, you have to come back around!” In the rudest of tones😳… . First of all, they rush through the order without repeating to make sure they got the numbers and items right and when they make a mistake they say the problem was you… 🤷🏿‍♂️. Dunkin’s management needs to seriously check on this one. It’s crazy how service this bad still exists

Always half way empty cup on hot drinks or mostly ice all the way up on cold drinks. Water is cheap. They think they are the smartest managers there.

They should seriously shut this Dunkin’ Donuts down ghetto, rude employees and they never prepare your meals or drinks right the insight is dirty and disgusting these employees need better training, including the managers throw them all out and get new employees and managers rule employee with attitudes I’m tired of them messing up my orders. I am no longer going to them no more.

This place is AWFUL ! The service ? Even WORSE! I went to get a meal around 5:30pm and was told they have “no bread it’s bad in here “ he said his name was Marcus and didn’t care if I told his manager because they don’t allow them to make more bread after a certain time . Which makes NO SENSE ! I’d never want to get my food from here even when they “have bread “ .

Terrible service, I was attended by the manager (a man) I asked for an extra large coffee and an extra large chocolate, he only put the extra large coffee and the chocolate he gave it to me big, I returned with him and told him that I ordered an extra large chocolate, to which he got upset and began to argue I don’t understand how that person is a manager
