If the hours have changed, they should change it. Me and my daughter wanted to grab just an iced coffee last night and they were closing and it was 6:30 PM. Not sure why they were closing so early because I am from New York City so Iām not used to it, but yeah, last night those two young ladies working last night where rude and weāre closing at 6:30 PM

The workers were rude. The tone was unacceptable I usually come here I get they were busy but that didnāt mean to be rude to in store customers. They had got my order wrong and blamed me. So I took it because I wanted to go. Never again.

I was 428, well that's the # on my refresher receipt , and that how much I spent on my drink , and the funniest thing my plate # is 428 and my auntie birthday is 428 , what a coincidence cashier he was nice and the breakfast sandwiches alway good. Whenever I visited in early morning Atmosphere even tho never be inside I feel if the cashier are as nice as drive thru has to be good inside just my opinion

The dress code is awful. While sitting I watched a guy walk in and go behind the counter and starting making food. Obvious is an employee but he was not working at the time.
You will get everything that you expect from Dunkin Donuts. Except, during my visit, the service was slow and both of the people working were more focused on drive-thru than counter service.

Unresponsive. Literally my first time here. I walked in and patiently waited in front of the register for 3 minutes ?. Then I started saying "excuse me" "Hello?".. nothing they are 100% just doing drive thru orders. I went to the left side register where most of the crew is at because maybe that's how they run things here, I asked " is this where I order?" To the closest employee to me who literally looked at me and raised their finger and just continue the drive thru order....then I just politely waited a bit more and still nothing bro. Why have your doors open if you only talk to the drive thru customers. I had to use the bathroom and wanted some coffee on the way out. I assume the food is probably just the same as any dunkin donuts I wouldn't know considering I got completely ignored. I'm writing this review so that the manager in charge of this location does something about these employees.... like just have one person attend the people inside the place.
