Disrespectful and aggressive employees are closing the restrooms to customers.

Girls working there was in the phone for straight 10 mins and I was standing right there waiting to order. Nothing was on display. Space looked filthy. And on top of that guy working at the cash register for mobile was playing racism and most inappropriate song. He also told me to flip the bag of chips as he didn’t want to touch it to scan. Is that for real? I didn’t buy anything from this place.

I ordered food on the app and the oven is broken. Apparently it’s been broken for a while and they don’t know when it will be fixed. They cannot, for whatever reason, refund me in the store. They said I have to go through the app. It’s been three weeks and still no refund only rude emails. I will never buy from this store again. Or any of the chains owned by this group. Apparently theft is part of their business model.

The very kind, very professional, inviting and knowledgeable middle-aged black man was the best dunkin' donuts associates I've encountered all 50 years I've been here. From start to finish he was a delight and it was refreshing having such a positive individual work on my order. And he finished it off by stirring my coffee as if I was in a coffee shop. Love the great customer service, 🙋🏽‍♀️

(March 24, 2024 11:11 am) I ordered through uber eats. Uber driver told me how dunkin worker got upset when asked to toast bagels and add whip cream to drinks.At first she said she already made them as to imply she couldn't remake the items. Then went ahead and "remade" them in agressive manner. Uber driver specified for whip cream to be added to BOTH drinks...worker added whip cream to ONE drink (very poor amount was added) and the presentation with the drink and overall order was terrible! Never ordering from this dunkin again. Absolutely ridiculous. As a former dunkin worker I know this is not how a customer should be treated...EVER! You should NEVER say you already made it! Just simply re-make the order.

On Friday morning December 8, 2023. I went to this Dunkin to obtain my small hot Caramel coffee light & sweet. While the employees were polite and attentive and service was quick. My coffee was barely hot keep in mind if Ice Coffee was my preferred order. I would of ordered that instead of cup of hot that was barely hot.
