More outrageously bad customer service. 2 for 5 deal on croissant ham egg and cheese. Asked for the deal, just hold the ham. They said it would be regular price and I couldn't have that 2 for 5. Lost a sale. Y'all suck. Bye.

I've lived in this area for about 3 years now. I like knowing there's a place VERY close to me, to get my morning joe. All of those cozy feelings go away when I think about THIS very Duncan donuts. There's a LIST of things wrong with this place. I am SO SHOCKED that it still runs. I randomly go in there.. my order is ALWAYS made wrong, they never want to work at the register in front, food is disgusting, staff are always outside smoking cigarettes, there's NO SUCH THING as professionalism and whenever they get someone new.. they're always WORSE. I'm surprised they haven't failed inspection! District manager needs to either do an overhaul or shut it down.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Waited for five minutes to not get greeted, no "I'll be with you in a second." The woman working the front desk was smoking a cig outside and after chit chatting outside and coming back in, didn't even help us. Excuse my language, but f*** this location. The worst customer experience I've ever had in my life.

I was here a few days ago for a meeting with a client. The manager was incredibly rude to me and her employees. I was planning to get a coffee after my meeting but after the way she spoke to me and her employee, I took my business elsewhere. I will never support this location again.
