A quick stop at the Food Truck Paradise in Long Wharf Drive, New Haven exit 46, I-95 Highway. Too many food trucks to choose from. Went with El Azteca and ordered their tacos. Its pastor (pork) taco was flavorful and has generous portions. Ate immediately while it's hot and was totally satisfied.
Out of all the taco trucks in this spot I chose this one because I myself am an Aztec Mexican. I've yet to try any of the other trucks there cause once you find a great one there's really no reason to risk trying another one.
Parking: There's a bunch of porta potties in the parking lot but they're all always locked and the workers there who use them won't unlock em for you.
