We have been going here for years. We drove there from Bethany when we live there and now we drive there from Wallingford. Pat has been making the best consistent pizza for years. Best in New Haven.Friendly and great service and just a great place to eat in or take out. You won't be disappointed!!!
This is your typical old school pizza parlor. The pizza is ok, the service is ok and the interior looks original. We got ernie's special, the sausage was tasty, the mushrooms were just canned, the mozzarella was slightly lacking (this was very disappointing due to the recommendation saying that this place uses lots of mozzarella) and the pizza sauce was very lacking. If the pizza was half the price I would actually recommend this place.
First time. Love the pizza, the atmosphere and service..wow.. Nice crusty pizza and fresh ingredients. Best combo ever. Support local family owned restaurants. “Before you leave your home, call in your order 203-387-3362”
