Fast and friendly service
I loved it the atmosphere was awesome and the food was great and came out super quick. Definitely going to come back.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter absolutely loved the decorations I wish we actually sat in this time maybe next time.
Check out my YouTube channel aboricualifeinusa and Instagram. Fried everything what else u can ask for.
The only word that I can think of to describe Fest Faves is AMAZING!!! Not only was the girl that answered the phone for our takeout order pleasant and super sweet to talk to, but she asked when we would like our food to be ready which I thought was really nice. We happen to live 15 min away and out food was hot and ready when we got there. They accidentally made my fried dough with the sauce on top instead of on the side like I has asked. They noticed the mistake PRIOR to us getting there made me a NEW fried dough (the way I ordered it) and gave us the "mess up" for free!!! There were all kinds of 'extras' in the bag. popcorn, which was delicious, and these little cups of what can only be called chocolate heaven (it was salty, sweet crunchy and soft all at the same time) a perfect little something that I will be eating come midnight with a tall glass of milk. I consider myself somewhat of a fried cough connoisseur I grew up with getting my fried dough from all the Italian carnivals in East Haven. I would look forward to it every year and hit every carnival in East haven. Nothing can beat the fried dough at Our Lady of Pompeii Church.... I would honestly call it a tie (Fest Faves would win... but my grama works the fried dough tent every year so I have to call it a tie, for my Grama). I have gotten it from many other places and i am always disappointed. Fest Faves knows what they are doing., We also got corn dogs and fired Oreos (can you tell it was a cheat day lol) But seriously the food was amazing. The only issue I have is that my new obsession with Fest Faves is going to hinder my diet. But that is a me problem. Great job Fest Faves!!! you defiantly cornered the market on Carnival food year-round and you did it right!!! We will for sure be back again. I will also tell everyone I know, that they need to stop by!! 10/10 !!! <3****Update******We just ordered again tonight it was nothing short of amazing! Foot was perfect ? and I clearly got more of the chocolate heaven drops!! If you haven’t already gone to check out FEST FAVES what are you waiting for?? Get there!! You will not be sorry you did!!
Place is the real deal. Fried treats are clearly made fresh and it shows. Best fried Oreos I’ve had and the Twinkie’s go bonkers
Victoria makes delicious, fun food! Great spot. One of a kind.
Delicious. My first time having a fried dough pizza. Cool and very tasty food. Kind and fast service too.
This is a MUST visit. The atmosphere is so fun and engaging, and the food is awesome! If you have nostalgic memories of carnival food from childhood you need to come here. Perfect of people for all ages! We got fried Oreos and fried dough - it was super delicious and fresh. The owner was so sweet and inviting. Highly highly recommend :)
Super fun place! I brought my girls today and we chose the fried s’mores, churros, and fried cheesecake and let me say…… way better than the fair!!!! Y’all better go try her treats!! She is a very pleasant and kind person with such a fun personality!!! Great job on the store, keep up the great work!!
Kid-friendliness: So interactive and kind to my kiddos!! So rare these days so it felt really good to be welcomed
The first time I ever came in here, I met the owner. And not only was she amazingly sweet and thankful for our business, she’s also SO SMART- Atleast I think so because this place is the perfect idea!!!! Fair foods, ALL YEAR ROUND and without the lines and crowds!! I love it so much!! Amazing food and sweets, and the carnival theme is the cutest!! Their fried dough is delicious but doesn’t come with cheese. The mac and cheese bites are also delicious. And make sure you try the owners special creation the cocoa crunchers…… it’s like, allll the tasty savory snacks (pretzels chips nuts Oreos etc) covered in chocolate. They are TO DIE FOR and a must have sweet treat when you go. They Only have street parking with parking meters that take card atleast.

The restaurant was so hard to find on Google maps it sent me to bagel place on corner ! There wasn't a sign when I first went so I got lost when I finally found it I was to mad to eat I left came back Monday! Newhaven is horrible to navigate ! When I came back there was a sign and I knew where it was! The place is is so cute setup ?! It looks like a storefront at first then u walk down the stairs they have Latin jazz music playing prices for rice bowls seemed to me cheaper than they should but good prices anyway ! My riceboowl had 3 meats ,rice, beans for just 14.99. Then I also bought potato ball (it was insane good) and a fried beef and banna alcaapurrco? (That was burnt but I still ate it !) That's how good the other food was and I didn't mind cause u can tell they are really understaffed I found out later they are waiting for their permanent chef I'll come back after they get settled in for a better review ? because of it being understaffed they were still selling out of food with no chef .in most restaurants when they first open they have quirks like that the one in New Britain gets sold out everyday so im just gonna wait till they get up and going to give better reviews as for now its okay spot prices are amazing for ricebowls 20.00 gets you a good amount per person. They have an awesome staff good luck guys! You see GPS doesn't have their name at all GOOGLE ITS NAME IS MUNFUNGOS! NOT FEST FAVS ! Google maps doesn't have its name either!it was so frustrating! Mr.Drops gonna have to see them on dat!

Very welcoming! Fast and friendly service! Delicious food! If you're considering- GO!
Super fun little place with cupcakes, corn dogs, deep fried Twinkies, pickle fries, cookie dough pops and more. Not much parking tho, they only have on street parking.Everything we tried was really good. I loved the fried dough stuffed with mozzarella best. The cupcake was a bit small, but sooo delicious!Definitely worth trying, but it's quite likely you'll be back.
Went here with my sister for the first time today. Corn dog, Buffalo chicken egg roll, and Mac and cheese bites were all amazing. The staff was so kind as well, definitely will be returning and recommend!
me and my child were really excited to enjoy some carnival delicacies like the good old days...funnel cake and corndogs galore! however, much to our disappointment, our mouths frotthing at the thought of a juicy corndog, there was bite taken out of it! gah. not classy. not festive. the remainder of the corndog was quite scrumdiddilieumptious, so we were sad to miss that bite.. we will consider removing this review if a meal is provided in compensation. justice will be served. and by justice i mean corndog. a funnel cake in interest too perhaps? just a thought.
