Hands down the best fries I’ve ever had from Five Guys - so fresh, so crisp, so hot, perfectly salted. If management reads this, please commend the staff working on the evening of 12/23! They clearly take pride in their work. Will be back if hunger strikes on my next journey across CT.

Way overpriced. I doubt I'll go back due to the price. The workers were nice. The facility was for the most part clean. Burger was overcooked, fries were soggy and limp and tasted off in some way.
Vegetarian options: Forget it.
Dietary restrictions: Tell them about any special dietary needs and they'll work with you. They offer free peanuts so there may be peanut shell or remnants on the table if they didn't get a chance to wash it between customers.
Parking: Big lots, free parking, make sure to hide valuables and lock your car.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ada compliant entrance and rest rooms.

I just don't see what the hype is about this place. They're way over priced, hot dogs are like a 1 out of 10 for me (10 being the best), cheeseburgers are about a 5 and the fries are like a 3. The service was good. The chaser helped me through my order, I'm just not a fan of the food.

Traveling home to Boston from a wedding in NJ we stopped in this 5 guys. The food was hot & juicy. The service was fast & friendly. The bathroom was very clean. We love 5 guys in my family and eat there regularly back home. I found this particular location to be a very well run store, with helpful, smiling employees.
