The coffee is very good. The food is always good too. I liked the salmon board a lot. Usually if you get something with lox, it's usually just a bagel and onion. The way they do it is diy do it yourself with toast points, creamy avocado, cucumber, greens, cream cheese and the smoked salmon. My food and drink were incredible. I got a veggie bowl and london fog with soy, both vegan. They have tea/tea lattes and mugs (as opposed to only plastic & paper).
Service was comforting and they had Modern Baseball playing (huge plus).Most people were doing work. The space is set up for that. Free wifi. Bathrooms have flier boards for community events in the area! $28 for the meal I have pictured.

This place is a little out of the way from the Yale campus which I personally think is great. It's right next to the canal trail. When the university is in session, it can be very busy and hard to find a table at peak times like around lunch. The cafe is bright with very tall windows that let in lots of sunlight.
