This is one of our most favorite restaurants. We've been coming here since way before the remodel which we absolutely adore. Nothing disappoints ever from the upscale ambiance with always great dinner music to enjoy, to the superb meals, very attentive servers and especially the prefix menu choices, Last night our table was in front of the outstanding jazz band overlooking the lower level. So perfect. Our server was Antonio who was always one stephead of us. It was a wonderful evening and looking forward to our next experience

I've been to the old good fellas it was a great place so I decided to go for my birthday. It's a shell of what good fellas used to be. I have no idea who remodeled this place but it's bad. The food was horrible and expensive. The smell of fish was overpowering and we didn't even order fish. I reserved a table on the second floor only to be seated by the door downstairs so it was freezing we ate with our coats on. The server was useless. It was so bad it was almost comical.

Lovely experience for dinner. Nice and roomy with beautiful decor. Had the prix fixe dinner, everything was delicious except the dessert. I ordered vanilla gelato and it was ice cream; had those globby bits at bottom like it had been defrosted and refrozen. I didn't go there for the desserts so I didn't make any comments to waitress. All in all it was a great experience.

Encore by Goodfellas never disappoints. The food is always amazing, the service is truly top tier, and the ambience is perfect for any occasion. Their pre-fix menu is an awesome option and such a great value for the amount of food you get. Highly recommend!

I have previously been here twice and loved it so I brought my family for Xmas eve. I had previously been told prefix menu is “all the time” having arrived we were told there was no prefix menu. Ok, we were sat by the window so had to wear our jackets through dinner as it was so cold. My chicken was dry although everyone else loved their diner. This was not my favorite experience. I will try again because I love the ambiance but I will specifically request no corner seating and ask if prefix will be available.

Encore had been by far my favorite restaurant for quite a while now. I decided to go back to celebrate Christmas Eve and was HIGHLY disappointed. Busser didn't complete the tasks that are usually their point of concern, table clearing, resetting etc, food was cold and undercooked or untasteful. I started with stuffed mushrooms which were cold, and shrimp cocktail which was eye appealing,yet bland served with a tiny side of lemon, for my entree I chose the surf and turf special.... Sadly, Cooked wrong temp and was recognized by my server after being pushed to the side, once my other company's meal was about finished, to come back wrapped in a to go, for that price point, I'm shocked I let it go. Demi all over the steak wasn't good, as well as cooked rare when asked to be cooked medium. All in all, I won't be back anytime soon. I Decided after dining upstairs to order a bottle of Caymus and sit at the bar...it was too cold... drafts of cold air kept sweeping by. Decided to compliment the owner after watching a beautiful recognition of a 30 year employee and not once was asked how my experience was as well as watching her sweep the room before busy time came through. Sadly my favorite restaurant turned into a once loved place after spending 500, to hate my experience.
Amazing restaurant, they kept bringing out ‘free' courses in between meals. Lovely live music to complement our evening. Service was fantastic.

The food is amazing. The service was subpar- 30 wait to take our drink order. Had to ask multiple times for bread and the strong draft from the outside every time the entrance door open made for an uncomfortable experience. I would recommend for the food. The ambiance and service needs improvement.
