Such a beautiful, authentic restaurant for such a great cause

Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly and relaxed

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs so all good!
Feels like an Arab home-cooked meal. Authentic food, great music, amazing and kind service.

Also an amazing place to just sit and do work while drinking Turkish coffee and enjoying baklava.

They also do an outstanding thing for the community helping train refugees and helping them find employment or build businesses.
I got their New Haven Bowl, Iraqi Cardamom tea and Asabe'. Serious chef's kiss at first bite.
The chef Neida creates dishes inspired from her migration from Iraq, to Syria Turkey and now New Haven. Worth checking out while in the area. Not to mention their mission to empower and build community of woman seeking refuge from colonized/occupied lands touches a special part in this heart. 🍉
