Excellent food and atmosphere. Exceeded my wife and my expectations for a date night and we'll definitely be back. Limited menu options, so check before you go for something you like - but what they served was superb!
The atmosphere is beautiful and intimate. The service was subpar. There was a language barrier with some of the waiters. The menu changed, and we were unaware when booking the birthday party. Asked for sparkling water for the honoree, and it never came, despite the requests. We were charged for it as well. The food was delicious, but I did not enjoy oil pouring out of the beef empanada. I feel the kitchen was rushing. Waiters did not know who ordered what. Appetizers came out with entrée. Some things were not available after we ordered them but were not informed after we asked about the missing dish. I think the restaurant would be okay for a table of 2 or 4 max.

Pretty rooftop restaurant ideal for a day with lovely weather even if only to get drinks with a friend. While the spatial layout leaves much to be desired as you're practically sitting in the laps of strangers overhearing the intimate details of their conversations, it is visually pleasant. The menu is pretty limited on the rooftop. The restaurant inside is more extensive, however. I'd highly recommend the cauliflower dish as it was absolutely delicious, and the bread was super soft and fluffy, served with a variety of dips, making it shareable. The service was super friendly and attentive as well. The last bit of input is that the flooring was weird and unstable, which could be a liability issue, and they could benefit from more air circulation.
Parking: Paid parking garage right across the street.

Planned a birthday dinner. After drinks and appetizers order dinner and was informed that the restaurant was out of 2 of the four entrees offered. Ran out of food at 8pm on a Thursday night. Incredibly disappointing. Had to find another place for dinner last minute. What food we had was good, but not going to chance it again.
The layout hasn't really changed from when it was Hamilton Park. The wait staff was appropriately attentive and pleasant. The food selection was not too large and what was put on the table was very good.
In my and our (been here twice now) opinion this is one of the most fun unique bar experiences available other than NYC!! It is a fun vibe and just different!!! I had the same server Divine both times including his rookie week and he is smart, professional, respectful, and he has such a warm /kind personality that it will not be surprising if he becomes a manager or does something very big in the future. The same view applies to the bartender Shirley R. What a great person who truly cares about the customer!! The food and drinks were great! It was pricey but you are paying for atmosphere too and it is meant to be more elegant I think although they treated a weary traveler not dressed quite appropriately well too!
Definitely recommend!

The service was a 10. The staff was very attentive and professional. The appetizer spicy crab and avocado was very good and flavorful. We had the lobster and linguini dish with a spicy Calabrian chili sauce and fennel. The portion was just right and the dish was flavorful. Very disappointing was the Chicken Milanese. The chicken was rubbery in texture and appeared to be a frozen breaded chicken breast. The breading fell off as you cut into it.
Siena is a lovely restaurant with beautiful decor and gorgeous atmosphere. When we arrived, it took a little bit of time for us to get seated. If you're making a noon reservation, be sure to allocate some time, as the restaurant staff are usually still setting up for service at that time. We were seated a bit after our reservation, even though the restaurant was near-empty. The lunch menu is delicious with two options: a la carte and prix fixe. A colleague and I opted for splitting a few of the a la carte lunch options, hot honey ricotta toast, smash burger, and olive oil cake. All of the food was very fresh, well-made, and delicious. A great spot, overall. Would definitely recommend and dine again.

literally disappointing and a waste of money. had to wait even tho I had a reservation. food took over 30 minutes & when I got it, the burger was bright pink and clearly undercooked & the fries tasted like they were fried in the same oil as fish. might I add, the burger with no onions tomatoes lettuce, just cheese, was $21

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in New Haven. The food is delicious and perfectly portioned. Dining area and bar have a very cozy yet modern vibe. Will definitely be returning.
Let me start by saying the food was fantastic but the fantastic ends there. The bar service on arrival was slow. Our server was as attentive as could be given they were handling maybe a dozen tables some with parties of 6. The martinis were not cold enough but the red wine was chilled to perfection. We ordered a pasta dish as one of our main courses and no one offered parmigiana or pepper when it was served. We had to flag someone down. Again, the food was great from appetizers to dessert. The wine list is extensive. Whoever named this the most beautiful restaurant in Connecticut should visit their location of the same name in Norwalk. Much more beautiful.
Great dining experience, my husband had the Chopped Salad & the Rigatoni w/Bolognese sauce & I had the Beet salad & the Scallops. My husband said both were great and my Beet Salad and Scallops were the best I've ever had.
