I stopped by to make a delivery and the smell made me wanna buy something …. I’m glad I did .. the food was amazing and the price was even better … this is the type of home style cooking I expect when I go to a Spanish spot.. unfortunately they rarely taste as good for the price .. this place is the best bang for your buck around in CT as far as I know … 10/10 recommend

We have eaten here twice. Very clean, unassuming corner restaurant. Not much seating, but we were lucky both times. There was a constant flow of Hispanic clientele which should be enough to vouch for the authenticity of the food. The first time, I had the dirty rice with black beans in sauce, with a fall off the bone pork chop, both perfectly seasoned, and some maduros (sweet plantains). Today we ate there again. Huge variety of foods from which to choose. Difficult to decide, but I had yellow rice with red beans, pernil (roasted pork) served with a scrumptious chunk of fatty roasted skin. I also opted for some tostones and maduros. The meat was tender and tasty. My wife opted for the rice with black beans, and pepper steak, which she said was delicious. Prices are around $20 dollars or a bit higher per serving. Well worth the cost. Wide variety of juices as well. I look forward to eating here again next time we are in the area. So many more delicious looking things I am looking forward to tasting. Highly recommended.
