When I arrived, the restaurant was empty but for 3 staff members at the bar. The one behind the bar said they were closed and would open “later on, around 8”. So I left and went to another restaurant. This was disappointing because I've always had a good experience when I came to Jazzys in the past. I wish they would have communicated more efficiently.

I dined here for a work related Christmas party. The food was delicious and the drinks were good. You cant beat a good happy hour. This was a total vibe and we were able to enjoy karaoke

Honestly the vision is there however execution is lacking I debated long and hard as to whether I would leave a review but it would be remiss of me to not be honest about my experience back in October.

There is no reason why it shouldn’t be packed every single day it is such a unique establishment.

The Gerber sized baby portions just didn’t sit well given the entree I ordered is roughly $30 the flavors were intense and desirable the portion sizes were concerning more so in regards to the sides and honestly a slap in the face one of my pieces of chicken was all bones and skin and the sides were enough for one very tiny forkful.

It doesn’t make sense that this was an event celebrating Libras. There were many people there celebrating their actual birthday. I say this to say this was an event that had been advertised with an ample enough time for the restaurant to make sure they had the proper ingredients to offer their full menu there was no specialty menu for this set event which also struck me as odd.

But the staples that were listed such as the macaroni and cheese was not accessible the server stated that they didn’t have all the cheeses that they need it and to me that just didn’t make sense and was not justifiable as there was ample time to prepare accordingly.

If my family member knew about this event weeks and then the necessary ingredients could’ve been acquired in that timely fashion as well.

Again this troubles me because this restaurant has some of the best food that wI’ve ever tasted but the portions are minuscule.

Also it is very loud there is live music playing so if you intend on having a conversation just be prepared to text each other from across the table it is almost impossible to hear each other the server could barely hear us it took us about 30 minutes just to get glasses of water and another 15 minutes to place our orders and I mean this is not an exaggeration my cousin timed it

The ambiance and establishment decor is very nice. The staff was friendly and inviting, however the food selection was limited and quantity on a plate was not filling compared to the pricing. Overall it's a mature environment and probably will attend for another show in the future but will eat before arrival.

Service was slow and took forever the food to come out and the food was overpriced. I was not a fan of the rasta pasta and the chicken was burnt on top of my food. It was a little to spicy. The collards had to much vinegar. The expands thumbs down and the food came out room temperature.

What a gem of a place! The space itself is gorgeous - great dining area and fantastic bar. Beautiful decor. The staff is so friendly and attentive - just so nice. And the food is YUM YUM YUM! The deviled eggs (yes - deviled eggs) are SPECIAL let me tell you! BUT, the real draw is the MUSIC! Their bands are top notch entertainers! Seriously professional musicians and so much fun! A great place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary but also a great place to just go out on a Friday or Saturday night for fabulous entertainment! Can't recommend highly enough!

Went on 10/18 with my family
Someone greated us and said to wait in waiting area
We waited
After a while i sought the help of the bartender who was rude and dismissive
After speaking to the owner he verbally took responsibility but his employee continued to smirk and say what he was not going to do
Super disappointed since I recommended this estabilshment to many friends and family
Do not visit thus establishment because gfey do not value patrons

found this location on TikTok multiple people stated they needed to book a reservation so we did made it to the location by nine there was no one to greet us at the front desk or entrance. went to the bar area there was no don julio no patron no 1738, on the website states kitchen is open until 10 PM or 10:30 we only could choose from beef empanadas Which we are pescatarians and Caesar salad mind you there was about 15 people maximum the music was blah but the bartenders were very professional and nice we definitely will not be returning this was a waste of my night your own staff stated with disgust they need a new chef but we sat watching others enjoy entrees but we were told food was scarce!!!!!!!!

This past Saturday was my first and last time visiting Jazzys Cabaret. We attended a Gospel Brunch, in which the entertainment was good. The food and waitstaff, not so good. There was only 1 waiter when we arrived and it took about 20 minutes before we were attended too. It took about 30 to receive water. The deviled eggs appetizer, horrible. They had raw onions in them, unheard of, and they took another 15 minutes to come out. My Fiance' ordered a $26 fried chicken meal which consisted of only 2 pieces, a leg and thigh, that were EXTRA DARK and had the stench of OLD GREASE(I'm black, fried chicken should be golden brown. The side of greens were about the size of my palm and the yams size the same and they tasted old and like dishwater. The cornbread was dry and fell completely apart when you bit into it. Horrible food, needless to say. After the brunch we had to go to Sandras for food because we were starving. After all that we still tipped 18%. One and done. I pray there are improvements for future patrons.

Go here for the pics and the ambiance. Food was seasonless, cold, not good at all! Drinks top notch! Waiter AMAZING! I'll never go back. I love black business , but it was discouraging that it wasn't what I hoped for! The band wasn't good, but were entertaining, great personalities! Fun and interactive!

When my boyfriend and I arrived, we were told that the kitchen was closed. I'd been here before and liked it so wanted to come back and was disappointed. I'm also pregnant so this was not the news I was expecting. Not sure if I will return.

The food took awhile but it was excellent. Got to experience three different events in one night! The ambiance is amazing. Would love it to be closer to my home though!!!

First time attending, a very large crowd, not enough bar tenders. Waited way toooooo long for drinks.

I’m not one to do reviews or complain. Unfortunately I had to do this rating to Neil start off saying they were very polite atmosphere was nice music DJs were awesome but the food part very disappointing to the max on top it was my daughter and nephews 25th birthday and to know they were not happy was heart breaking we thought paying $35 per person for scrambled eggs sausage and French toast was not cool. Maybe if they would of had a variety of things to pick from like bacon fruit salad desert etc then I would not be doing this poor review it would definitely been a 5 or better
