Hard to make a choice at Jordan's. I had the KC Dog it was fabulous. My son had the Philly Cheese Steak and an order of loaded fries. He got Chili and Cheese as add ons. The chili was incredible the fries themselves were perfect.I already know I'm getting the chili cheese dog next time around. Can't wait ?✌️

First things first the Georgia red hot was not spicy at all. I asked for ketchup and cheese sauce and they gave me a Georgia red that looked like a drunk clown has thrown up all over it. As soon as I opened the foil ketchup and cheese sauce just came flying out.Second my cheese fries that I ordered the fries seemed old, older than my grandpa. The fries seemed like they were left drenched in the oil for sometime. It was horrible.Third not to mention the pictures online of the Mac and cheese seem very well done and cheesy. Which made me crave the Mac and cheese made my mouth water. However when I ordered for my child. As I opened the lid, so much disappoint slapped me in the face. It was dry and plan very cold with shredded cold cheese on top. Now you may think that we are exaggerating but we have taken pictures. This was very disappointing. The only thing that came out good in this order was the plan two mini dogs that turned out to be 10 inches long each. So that's your mini dog.The whole order was very expensive, this is sadder than inflation. The total came out to be almost 50 dollars. NOT MY MONEYS WORTH.MY GRANDPA CAN COOK BETTER THAN JORDANS HOTDOGS

Stopped by today for the first time as other places were close for President’s Day, and had the Hot-Lanta Dog - just the right amount of heat and taste! Fries were seasoned and crunchy - yum! If you haven’t been here - GO! It’s a quick delish bite to eat with great music besides! One critique - where’s the Chicago dog?!? Never mind, I’ll be back!

Popped in here on a whim for a quick lunch and was not disappointed. Only 3 booths, but they are large, comfortable and in great shape.Three screens show relatively random things, a silly Internet game show, soccer and something else. There's a very nice jukebox, quite modern with a large selection. The person we ordered with at the counter was pleasant and polite and she delivered our food quickly and it was nice and hot.My fried chicken sandwich was exactly as described, crunchy, yummy breaded chicken breast, delicious, but not earth-shattering. The Mac & cheese is very yummy and they give a good portion. The banana pudding we spotted in the fridge was great, but the Nilla wafers were quite soft from being in the pudding. It came home with us and we added fresh cookies and it's went from a a 7 to a 9.The loaded fries were the surprise winner of lunch tho. To start, you pick all the toppings you want from a list of about a dozen things like chili, cheese, ranch, bbq sauce and such. It was nice to pick exactly what I wanted without having to tell them to remove anything.Well, then we tried the Jordan sauce (spelling might be wrong) and yummmmmm!! Deep flavor, reminiscent of bbq sauce, sweet with a sneaky little bite of heat at the end.On the fries with cheese and chili it was really, really good! I will have it on my sandwich next visit. It's certainly not a white tablecloth restaurant but that's one of the best things about it!

Stumbled across this place on State St. Jordan's Hot Dogs and Mac , so I figured I’d go in and give it a try. . .I ordered the New York (the one with mustard) and Kansas City dogs. OMFG! The Kansas City dog was out of this world. The BBQ glaze, cheddar cheese and bacon were absolutely delicious and sweet. The New York Dog is a take on the classic of the same name. The sweet relish mixing with the sauerkraut and grilled onions was spot on! Great flavor.Definitely will go back to try the others out. What’s also great about Jordan’s, is that, you can choose from a variety of toppings for your dogs. From good ol’ American cheese to some more exotic, like Mango Habanero. The staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly and funny! I’ll be coming back for more!

I love this place! They serve variety of tasty hot dogs, including a hot dog topped with mac and cheese (their specialty). Furthermore, the staff (family owned and run) are all really warm, friendly people. I'd highly recommend trying it if you're a fan of hot dogs.If you're planning on eating here, you should be aware of the fairly limited hours (Tue-Sat 11:00 am - 7 pm, as of June 2013), and that there really isn't room to sit and eat inside (there are some benches outside though).

Such a hidden gem in New Haven & my go-to when I want something quick & good in the area! I live in Waterbury but have been going to Jordan’s for years now & I always recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bite. They have a huge selection of different hot dog styles you can try but my favorite thing on the menu is actually the grilled chicken melt! The glaze that comes on it is top tier & paired with their sweet potato fries, it’s one of my favorite meals! The owner has been there every time I’ve visited over the years. He is always super welcoming & remembers my order every single time without me having to say a word. Great vibes!! Highly suggest you check this place out!

I don’t normally review food places, but I had to make an exception for jordo’s dogs + mac. Place is unbelievably dank. As the name suggests, they got hot dogs and they got mac. They have other things too but I didn’t try those. My name is also Jordan, so maybe their branding introduced some bias that I’d like to acknowledge, but the fact remains, I’m really rooting for Jordan’s hot dogs and mac.
