Totally disappointed & disgusted by the price of my meal!!!

i went throught the drive through and i have alot of patience well the guy took my order about 3 times at the speaker , i then proceeded to the window where he cashed me out for the wrong order had someone else come over repeat my order which was still wrong to tell me i was over charged .... you might want to retrain your staff .... i should have gotten a total refund for spending almost 20 mins in a drive through !!!
Stopped in last week for take out. spent $30.83 on a 12 pc meal. I wasted my money. i threw everything out when I got home. I tried calling the resturant but no response. I filled out the survey and asked for a refunded but got a generic response back from the COO telling me they were sending me a special voucher. Why would I want a voucher for more crap. Ive been going to KFC for years and have seen the decline over the years in the quality of food and cleanliness of resturants....read full review
