I purchased food from there last night my family and I are paying for it today. I don't know if they were touching the food with dirty hands. We all have food poisoning.

Wouldn’t normally write this but - Got food through the drive through, drove away and ate immediately. No crisp anywhere in sight, soggy, and the texture was rubbery. The breading slid right off. this is not the kfc it used to be. I get it once every year or so, it used to be great.

This location in New Haven on foxon is horrible I never really eat kfc often at all and I never will again the chicken bites gross dry too much pepper the. The second time I attempted to get chicken tenders and they told me I had to buy the meal just to get chicken that manager is rude and it’s dirty in there never go there bad business

Well it was 9pm on Wednesday we went in and ordered. First we said we needed a minute then 3 different employees came over a span on 2 minutes to ask if we were ready…. First we tried to get extra crispy chicken but she said they only had regular. Ok not that huge of a problem. The prices are absolutely obnoxious and over priced. So we go to sit down and they tell us the lobby’s closed after we sit. Why are the lobby doors unlocked if that’s the case. Beside the mumbling remarks we can faintly hear as they look over at us it’s quite obvious they were talking about us. So next we go outside and eat our food in the parking lot in the dark. So my 7 year old goes to eat a fry and put hot sauce on them because how the packaging is plus being in the dark so poor kids mouth is on fire. While we’re eating we see another car pull up and go inside though the lobby doors are still unlocked even though we had to leave. As soon as we finish our food the other person comes out of the door. It is completely ridiculous how rude the customer service at this location is. Never again will we come here and whoever worked 9pm on Wednesday Aug 21st should be reevaluated and terminated for the professionalism they lack, the level of disrespect, the bad customer service and the horrible reputation they are giving this business

Purchased food last night wasn't too happy first of all the coleslaw was watery and the second thing was the container of mashed potatoes was not completely filled like it usually is

I ordered the 12 piece chicken online at 40 percent off and it did not ask me if I wanted krispy or original so when I went to pick it up I told her that I wanted the krispy. She got upset and changed it but cut me short on the chicken. She gave me like 7 drumsticks and only 1 thigh and I breast and no wings. I am very disappointed with Kentucky and will never buy from that place again.

The drive thru is horrible here! Takes about 2mins before anyone will acknowledge that you're there and they rarely get the order accurate. On my 1hr lunch break, I spent 19mins of that in your drive thru just to get the completely wrong order with the exception of my beverage! The young lady at the window was very rude and had a terrible attitude for working customer service! This was my last visit to this KFC. I can say with confidence that people are only coming to this location because they don't want to get caught up in traffic going to the better location on Whalley.

Just ordered a $43 dollar order from here the man was extremely rude and pushy throughout ordering and getting the order. It's a real shame that these big companies aren't watching who they are hiring.
I went here for the first time to get some chicken strips and when I got home I couldn't believe how small they were this wouldn't even full my dog never again

While travelling through the area, I made the decision to stop at this KFC and try their Crispy Colonel sandwich. I ordered it with Buffalo sauce. It was sloppy, but sizable and tasty.This wasn't a bad choice, but I still like the pot pie better and the Famous Bowl is without a doubt, my favorite KFC menu item.I went through the drive thru and was happy to hit this place with great timing, as there was no line.
Stopped in at 8:30 p.m. for a bucket of original recipe. Was told they had none asked how long for some to be made and was told they're not making anymore tonight. Keep in mind this location is open until 10

My roommate and I placed an order online via doordash and the store doesn't take special requests. You have to call the store directly. The store is open until 10pm and I tried calling 7 times cause I was trying to ask for my meal a certain way and nobody answered a single time. That's ridiculous. I used to work for KFC. You always answer the phone
