I went to this Kentucky Fried Chicken because I heard they make a Chicken Pot Pie that is very good so I bought 2 and believe me when I tasted this Pot Pie it is as good as people say it is It’s delicious I highly recommend it

I love KFC, but not thi branch, service is bad, nobody cares we were supposed to be there by 7:45, we were late or 7min, then we waited another 10min on th counter before anyone responded to us, and when they did, and we mentioned the order, we waited another 4-5min to get our food whic was fine. but guess what, we received the food not fresh, the fries were so cold, the chicken is not soggy. and when we asked about it, i got the reply thatour order was ready at 7:45!!! seriously? then why did you take 15more min to give it to us while waiting at the counter?? That defeated the purpose of dining in. all of that was gonna be fine if the staff was helpful or at least showed any care, non at all, just want to get the task done and blame ot on us. I dont recommend this branch

No damn stars I order a 2 piece meal extra crispy with stary sodas, I received 3 in nasty spicy chicken sandwiches n 1 original 4 cold fries n a Pepsi. I placed my order at 9:38 pm . I'm not understanding why KFC is had no chicken obviously.. Do not order from this restaurant. Employees are not doing their job. The manager and assistant manager might as well be a crew member because they themselves aren't doing they job !! I call they answer and say nothing. Horrible horrible customer service and horrible cold food that isn't your order. I'm reporting this to corporate!!!
Wasn't happy with the order missing biscuit, order 2 famous bowl only recieved 1. Ask for wedges got regular fries. Not to add I live 6 miles away . I should have checked before I left To far to drive back get order correct . That why I stay away getting food from there.

I went in to order the new Chicken and waffles and Amanda waited on me. Life isn't very nice to me currently and somehow she knew. Life isn't very nice to her currently as well but she instantly saw me and knew that I needed a hug. Although Food was exceptionally good, what will stick with me and why I believe she should be promoted or given a raise is her compassion and overstanding that maybe a customer could use just a little compassion and more than the signature Chicken. Amanda You Rock and I am forever grateful to you Queen.

consistently poor service. no one is rude per say but constantly forget half my order. bought from here on break from work today, asked for a hot honey sandwich combo and an order of strawberry creme poppers, with two sides of comeback sauce. poppers were soggy, sandwich was flavorless, they forgot my fries and my sauce. only thing they got right was the drink and i dont even have time to go back and get a refund. dont recommend this kfc.
