I cater from Koffee for most of our events, and they are utterly amazing. They go above and beyond and make event organizing seamless. Andrea is thoughtful and detail-oriented; if there is a better option for your order she will call and tell you, even if it means you will pay less. Their delivery staff are hard-working, kind, and prompt. Their tea is so good I went and bought my own canister of peach ginger tea for home consumption (and I always request it when ordering :D ). I can't forget about their their baguette sandwiches either; fresh, crunchy, and fabulous. Oh, and the cookies! I cannot shower more praise. They are wonderful.

I don't think any weaknesses of this precious place. Coffee, foods, atmosphere literally everything is the best of the bests in downtown New Haven area. I hope their business can keep going as lo g as this city is open.

Haven’t been here in almost 10 years. Atmosphere and the tea remain just as smashing. Thanks!

This is the quirky coffee house I was hoping to find in New Haven. Lots of character, friendly staff, and an usually wide range of seating options, some for the dedicated digital nomad / diligent student, but others suitable for friends to hang out or for basically curling up in a nook. The coffee beans rotate—I had the Tanzanian today, which was very nice.

I've been coming to Koffee off and on for years and it has THE BEST VIBE! It one of my favorite places to meet up with people.
I'm not a coffee drinker and rarely eat here, I come primarily bc of the vibe which is very artsy, welcoming and affirming. I only wish it was open later (til at least 9)😊

One of the best coffee shops in New Haven. It’s a great place to study (free WiFi), read, or just hang out. The couches are really cozy and the desks with dividers are a nice touch. Excellent matcha and coffee. Their seasonal drinks are creative and tasty, and usually come with a little pastry. Highly recommend!

Very chill spot with lots of comfortable seating - bigger than it looks from the outside. Coffee is very good.

Cute place but the cappuccino was really underwhelming… bitter and frothy

Delicious food and drinks!! The Aztec chai with soy milk is one of the best hot drinks I’ve ever had and the breakfast sandwich has a phenomenal truffle aioli. 10/10. I’ll be back often! Seating is tight and communal!

It’s not a bad coffee shop but not exceptional either. The wait time for drinks can be unreasonably long sometimes. The food is hit-or-miss, I’ve been served stale pastries before on multiple occasions. Would recommend skipping for food but okay for drinks if there’s not a significant wait
