I cater from Koffee for most of our events, and they are utterly amazing. They go above and beyond and make event organizing seamless. Andrea is thoughtful and detail-oriented; if there is a better option for your order she will call and tell you, even if it means you will pay less. Their delivery staff are hard-working, kind, and prompt. Their tea is so good I went and bought my own canister of peach ginger tea for home consumption (and I always request it when ordering :D )....
I don't think any weaknesses of this precious place. Coffee, foods, atmosphere literally everything is the best of the bests in downtown New Haven area. I hope their business can keep going as lo g as this city is open.
This is the quirky coffee house I was hoping to find in New Haven. Lots of character, friendly staff, and an usually wide range of seating options, some for the dedicated digital nomad / diligent student, but others suitable for friends to hang out or for basically curling up in a nook. The coffee beans rotate—I had the Tanzanian today, which was very nice.
