The owner of this place is a sweetheart. Went here for a retirement party and she did an outstanding job. Food was delicious. Service was great. I highly recommend this place

Jerk chicken, rice and cabbage were perfect! We wanted the sweet plantains but they weren’t ripe- but we appreciated they told us that rather than just sell us anything. We’ll be back to try those plantains and more!

I found this place on Doordash and it’s so good. The jerk chicken is so flavorful and has a nice kick to it. The plantains had the perfect texture and the beef patty was delicious. It’s close to my college so it’s fast and convenient to order from here.

Everyone here is really nice and friendly. The jerk chicken is super tasty and the portion is huge. The cabbage is fresh and just crunchy enough, and the fried rice is cooked perfectly with great flavor. And the chicken? So tender and packed with sweet, spicy, and savory goodness. You’ve gotta try it!

This restaurant is a hole in the wall in the best possible way. Small, with not a whole lot of seating, but the food is amazing. My friend and I had the curried goat, with rice and peas, plantains, and cabbage. Highly recommend.

The food and service is excellent. I met with the owner to cater my mother's memorial and she was so helpful and understanding. The food was delicious and everyone went back for seconds. I plan to dine in soon.

A friend of mine mentioned this restaurant to me a few days ago and it turned out to be the best Jamaican food I've ever had by far. Even though I ordered take-out, the atmosphere inside was very elegant. Since this post, I've visited them 3 times. Each time was more pleasant than the last. Very friendly staff, no long waiting and even the cook came out and asked if he could help me. They all went well beyond simply being courteous... some things simply can't be taught and kindness is one of them. Thank all of you for the great services. Please keep up the excellent work and good luck in the future.

Sad to say first time here and the food was cold 🥶. The flavor was nice but all items weren’t the same temp. I ordered the 3 meat selection in which it came with rice and peas, cabbage and sweet plantains. I had to wait on my plantains and by the time the two pieces came out I was practically done with my semi hot plate. Bad business for my first time and there was no compensation given 😒.

The food was absolutely delicious. I started with their spicy jerk chicken, which had the perfect balance of smoky and spicy flavors.
The service was warm and welcoming, and Andreas made sure we felt at home. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.

Andrea has been the most accommodating owner I know. Always greeted with a smile and a comforting energy. The food is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming. I have never had one single complaint and I’ve been coming since day 1, 5 years ago. From the red snapper, to the curry chicken, curry shrimp, oxtail, brown stew chicken, it all hits for me. The white rice has just enough flavoring to where you can eat it alone with the right texture and I’m a big texture person and a foodie). But the SOUP, yeah….LIKE THAT. Love this spot.

So I literally've been coming to this restaurant before they were popular before they had a "liquor license". I USED TO HAVE A HOUSE DOWN THE STREET BUT I MOVE SO I DON'T COME AS OFTEN AND NOW THEY GOT NEW PEOPLE WORKING HERE!!! I actually know the owner's mother personally and they have just got out of control with the prices. Price "GOUGING" I just had be ABRUPT with the lady because she wants to charge me more for more Cabbage ($2) which I'm just trying to tell her i've been coming to this restaurant for years, and I never pay more for my cabbage. I want less rice more cabbage, I'm not a rice eater I want less rice more vegetables. I'm not a rice eater. All THOSE CARBS AREN'T GOOD FOR YOU!!! Don't give me 3 scoops of rice and one scoops of veggie!!!!! THAT'S NOT HEALTHY ANYWAY!!! THEY LOST MY BUSINESS. I'M GOING TO THE HILL/ JAAMMIN' OR I CAN GO RIGHT DOWN TO ISLAND SPICE, IT'S ALL THE SAME😊

"Wheather" positive or negative, the owner needs to learn how to take constructive criticism!!! EVERYONE who says something negative, get BELITTLED OR TALK TO IN A CONDESCENDING TONE!!! Which is not okay. I know you guys are ignorant, cause you don't even know the difference between weather and "WHEATHER" 😜 and it's price GOUGUNG, not gorging😭 NEXT TIME YOU TRY TO BE SMART AND TELL SOMEBODY OFF MAKE SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO SPELL!!!!
