The owners were super friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in not only their food but also their truck—it was spotless. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I had the shrimp in garlic sauce with tostones—so good! And the lobster empanada? Stuffed, crispy, and fried fresh absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to go back and try more!
