If you're looking for good new haven pizza definitely don't come here. Sh1t was dryer than the Sahara desert. However five stars because the people were nice and also let me use the bathroom. (Rare gesture around these parts)

I don't know if it was sold or what but ever since they changed staff the food has tasted cheap and nasty. A restaurant that in my opinion had the best wings in town, now have wings that taste like uncooked chicken with hot sauce on it. Things I ordered regularly on the weekly basis taste like cheap nasty versions of the things they once were. And it's not just the food they're cutting corners everywhere thin takeout bags that rip and foam containers that can barley hold your food. Sucks to see something that was so great become garbage.

Honestly, I ordered because I really wanted a cheesecake. That was my main thing, then I got the pasta platter and it comes with a salad and “hot rollsâ€. So the first thing I saw was the cheesecake and when I looked at the side, there was fabric lint or something on it like it touched something. I called the store and was told I can get a free cheesecake with my next order. (Not happening) then I move on and the break rolls were a little bigger than a tater tot and I got 3. Then I check the food, temp inside and outside where different. The ravioli was literally so dry on some corners. $21 home to trash. Next time I'll pay more and order from a legit spot.

They are making fresh food. Compare to Subway,they have more variety of choice,same price. Spacious table. They are not fancy as Subway,people are nicer friendly and good work ethic.

I recently ordered here for the first time trying to find a new pizza spot but it'll be my last. I gave 2 stars because the delivery driver was very nice, but the food was some of the worst I've had... I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and everything from the pepperoni, to the cheese and the dough tasted weird and was cold. I ordered wings as well and none of the sauce was on it. I can't speak for their other food, but this is my experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I called and they had a problem answering questions about their food and was very rude as if they didn't get paid to tell me what was in certain foods they serve. Food is good but what is good food with a bad attitude

Such a delicious pizza! Completely satisfied with my order. It came quickly, hot, and obviously fresh, and the delivery driver was really, really nice. I searched for a good buffalo chicken pizza in New Haven, and was super satisfied with La Vero. :-)
