So much for going to the cash and carry to save money. Place has gotten outrageous. Skip it and buy from the grocery store. You'll actually save money if you believe it.

Amazing place. My cousin took us there and we brought home 20 pounds of various cheeses to our culture deprived state. We have Cash and Carry’s here but they are nothing like this place in New Haven but it seems they changed ownership and they have a new name. This place is top notch. The employees work so hard and we’re so good to us.

I have know the Longwarf produce terminal since I was a young boy. LC aka Lisa foods occupied the stall where Christoforo Brothers was. For me it's a step back in time to see all the Italian produce and products. The smells of all the cheeses and freash vegetables definitely took me back to my youth. If your looking to get true Italian products take a trip to LC at long warf not fancy but very traditional.

Truckers they allow you to park overnight (edit: if you're delivering to them the next day). They're directly across from Brazi's restaurant in the same plaza. It's a little tight getting in and out but very doable. The receiving people are nice and courteous. I had one lady be kinda rude, but she wasn't one of the receivers. I was just asking for direction. I think she worked the retail side of it.
