Best kept secret in NH! Where do I begin?? Prices, selection, quality, nostalgia, customer service? All five star! I’ve been going here for many years and make the trip from Monroe because it’s 100% worth it!
Amazing place. My cousin took us there and we brought home 20 pounds of various cheeses to our culture deprived state. We have Cash and Carry’s here but they are nothing like this place in New Haven but it seems they changed ownership and they have a new name. This place is top notch. The employees work so hard and we’re so good to us.
I have know the Longwarf produce terminal since I was a young boy. LC aka Lisa foods occupied the stall where Christoforo Brothers was. For me it's a step back in time to see all the Italian produce and products. The smells of all the cheeses and freash vegetables definitely took me back to my youth. If your looking to get true Italian products take a trip to LC at long warf not fancy but very traditional.
