I order from here all the time love the pizza and they’re steak and cheese subs hit no cap. I can’t forget about their wings they are cooked well crispy off rip and nice and saucy go check em out they won’t disappoint.

We regularly compare in the store, it is almost always a large pizza and a (medium) one, but the Medina pizza almost always has a bad taste, I don't know if it is the bread or the sauce they add, but I hope they can fix it.. .

Prices are already ski high and then you want to add 2$ for delivery. 22$ for a steak sub with a small soda. I could see if you were serving good steak but you’re serving frozen compressed steak.

I won’t even bother to put any stars because that’s to many, my husband and I ordered dinner from them as we didn’t feel like cooking. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak grinder and my husband ordered a turkey grinder. Well my Philly cheesesteak was so dry it looked like leather on bread and raw onions on the side wrapped in wax paper. My husband’s turkey grinder had thick pieces of turkey that looked as if some one carved it from a slab of mystery meat. The mayonnaise was yellow and hard . Not to mention we ordered 2 slices of cheese cake that wasn’t in the bag. $46.72 for food that had to be thrown in the trash and our dinner became a bowl of lucky charms. I tried calling liberty pizza at 11:50 pm as they were not due to close at 12:30am , no one would answer the phone at all. Never order from here unless you want good that you can won’t be able to eat.
I only gave atmosphere to Stars because of what goes on outside of the building that they can't control but I'm just giving an honest opinion
Parking: Plenty of parking on the street Ferry and Lombard plus there's a parking lot decent size in the rear plus has security cameras and is safe
Kid-friendliness: I would say definitely kid friendly the employees and owners are very nice but added option there's an ice cream place two doors down same building
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible no stairs no ramps it's walk-in walk out roll and roll out

Liberty pizza is good. There is time where they are super busy or not but their food is good.
Parking: There are cars always parked in front and we have to park on the side of the bus stop or around the corner or down the street but that's hard to do/find also!

The 3.8 rating is not at all the correct rating for this wonderful establishment. Each and EVERY single time I’ve ordered from here I get treated with respect. The food ALWAYS gets delivered hot and super yummy. They deliver so fast, and are so frendly on the phone. I even go in person to pick up orders sometimes and they’re always so friendly, even the individuals cooking the pizza greet me. I honestly think the ratings are bad because people just want to bring this place down due to malice intentions. No. Don’t believe the bad reviews. Tip the driver well if you’re ordering out, don’t be a cheapskate and expect quality food. Owner if you’re reading this, you guys are GREAT. Been ordering here for years and never ONCE have you guys ever treated me poorly. Hate seeing people talking poorly about a place operating with efficiency. I’m writing this right before placing my order… I couldn’t believe the review rating so I had to comment!

The rudest customer service experience I’ve had in a while. The gentleman I spoke with was very condescending and impatient. But what surprised me most was after many attempts to complete my order in a civil way, I WAS TURNED AWAY while processing my transaction with NO explanation.I don’t even want to put any more time from my day into trying to digest what has happened. Very eerie behaviour.Will not be returning.
