I don't usually review places, but given the relatively low rating compared to other places in new haven, I feel it deserves better. Today I spent $22 (including tip) for two large belgian hot chocolates, a salted chocolate chip cookie, and a large cold brew coffee. The food and coffee are exceptional. That's why I keep coming back. But 9 times out of 10, they mess my order up and give horrible customer service. Especially the lady making the coffee.
