Mobile order just to get pulled aside and wait for 10 minutes to then get forgotten about?? Multiple times this has happened. Then they ask what my order was, then PROCEED to give the wrong food. Absolutely horrible

This place is so bad we waited 15 in the drive through and no one answered so we decided to come in and place an order the manager was so rude she argued with me because I was using my McDonald’s app and ever customer who came in she argued with them and while we ate are meal we sat and watched the terrible customer service as all the other customers was experience at least two of the customers got accused of stealing don’t not come here

The service is always good but the homeless people outside are starting to get really intimidating. I had a lady the other day literally run out to my car when I was ordering and was aggressively asking for money and then there is a guy that sits and waits right after the pickup window and you have to literally shut your window before you drive off to not interact. I understand they’re just needing money but it’s getting to become a bit too much.

Pleasant staff and fast service. However they did forget the apple juice for my kids happy meal. Worker claimed he got our order mixed up.

Girls are to busy laughing on the drive through with the cooks and then once they do get the order right the cook messes it up completely. I hit home and had to go all the way back to wait in line for 15 more minutes Even the Diet Coke wasn’t diet and my daughter is a diabetic and disabled She won’t eat anything but ketchup . Then you don’t get anything in return for the inconvenience
