I ordered the $6 meal. It was thrown together, the ketchup was saturated on the cheese burger, and the size of the food is so small. The pie was also disgusting.

The customer has to ask for a key to use the bathroom. The filet of fish sandwich was not toasty and they didn't welcome me to McDonald's

They are okay. They definitely make their share of mistakes. I've recently been there on two separate occasions and my order was not correct as it was on the screen. The mistake was corrected both times but it was an inconvenience to have to pull up to the next window and yelling to the car behind me to get your attention because I wasn't dressed to get out of the car which was why I went through the drive through to begin with. Front counter had a employee there but only for drive thru no one care to take orders in front . Disgusting bathroom no paper or soap.

I’m a Yale student and frequented this McDonald’s all the time after long study sessions. That’s why I am DISGUSTED to learn that this McDonald’s is being boycotted by human rights groups for exploiting and humiliating immigrant employees. I will not give any money to them until the workers who have come forward receive justice and this business does right by them.
I normally wouldn’t even leave a review. It’s McDonald’s. I’m not expecting great service. I’m expecting OK to decent service for decent fast food almost every morning. One kid they have working the drive thru is either stoned sleep pouring coffee’s on himself or the floor. Was in line only car for 15 minutes before he answered in a sleepy tone get to the drive thru he is sleep standing up get more workers instead of over working on I never got my food and another worker female walked past him sleep at the window as this is normal and clean up the homeless just standing all over the property at 4 in the morning this location is run like a south park special

Busy branch and Good for nearby locals, ongoing people and University of New Haven Students. 24 hours service that includes limited dining hours service and 24 hrs drivein service. Should take care of cleanliness.
