They had me in second line waiting for order but took 6 cars in other lane when I complained the young man at register said I should of walked in then I spoke to manager small Spanish man with curly long hair he said this isn’t my store (Ricardo) when I asked for my receipt he told me they don’t give any so how do I complain 🤷🏽♀️ I use to love coming here but the way they treat you there Is crazy if I could give no stars I would all for a sprite 🤦🏽♀️

Placed a mobile order, staff told me it wasn't showing up on their end, I had all the recipes to prove it I had ordered at their location. They wanted me to pay full price for my meal, a SECOND TIME, even though I was able to prove that I had ordered through the app. Don't waste your time here. Should've just given me the food and moved on.

It’s a well run location overall, my main concern is that despite being a 24 hour location, they stop serving food at 3 until breakfast. This wouldn’t be as much of a problem if the app and third party apps like door dash noted this but because it is not, many people waste time and money ordering when it’s not accepting orders.

If I could’ve given negative stars I definitely would. This location is racist and prejudice towards other people who are not strictly Mexican/south American. Extremely rude to customers and delivery workers of Uber/doordash. My ethnicity gets confused by people but I’ll tell you this, I understand Spanish and speak it. This worker was being nice to the Mexican customer and immediately turned around to the others and myself with a nasty and rude attitude with poor tone of voice and mannerism. I’ll be adding a photo and calling corporate. It’s not my first time experiencing this at this location. I’ve had enough to make a complaint.
