ordered online with no issue. arrive and watch them hand out an order in front of me only to say they âcan only make drinks right nowâ when i get to the window even though they had confirmed and i had fully paid for my order twenty minutes prior. absolutely disappointed and disgusted. will never eat here again, and i will be telling everyone about my experience

I ordered a meal, a kids meal, and cookies. I waited for my meal, had worked behind the counter stare at me dead in the eyes as they made several other orders for people who had ordered AFTER me. I watched as they showed more care to those at the drive thru and to the other people that walked in after me. The manager herself walked past me and look at me multiple times, she took the time to ask everyone else around me what they were waiting for and not once did she take the time to ask me after SEEING me standing there, waiting. 20 minutes I waited and watched every single one of the workers look at me then walk past me to cater to everyone elseâs order. After 5 minutes of waiting I considered asking about my order and didnât, I shouldnât have to ask about my order when they took the time to ask everyone else but me about their order. I genuinely think they were all being racist INCLUDING the black manager there who clearly seemed to have had a problem with me seeing as she felt the need to walk past me and look at me more than 10 times. I stood at the cashier and requested a refund, I watched as she found exactly where my order ticket had been without so much as looking for it. It was casted off to the side while the screen said ânow servingâ although my food was not served and I hadnât seen them make the effort to put my food together either. It was a truly terrible experience watching every single worker there chit chat away, look at me dead in the face as I waited there for 20+ minutes and NO ONE asked me what I had been waiting for.

We ordered on DoorDash for the first time and did not have a great experience. Each of the meal orders was missing the fries, no ranch snack wrap, and instead of the Fanta blue raspberry I received Fanta Cherry. On the DoorDash app, if you are out of stock on an item you can easily put that on your menu. I would have not ordered the Fanta blue raspberry realizing that it was out of stock. I could not get in contact with the McDonaldâs at all which was also a disappointment to explain the situation and how this situation cannot occur again to other customers. I kept calling three times yesterday evening and this morning but no response straight to voicemail. I simply gave up and did the proper process getting a refund back to my card for the items that were missing. I would not recommend to order McDonaldâs through DoorDash and just pickup instead because they will forget the items you ordered.

This McDonald's is SO loved that when I went to go grab some McDouble Luv .. there was a kids birthday party - complete w crayons. I love this McDonald's so much bc of the service and staff.
