Came here for the first time and honestly loved it. I do not remember our server’s name but he was amazing and made the experience even better. The atmosphere was great and had a really fun and comfortable vibe.

The bun appetizers were an awesome way to start. The pork belly bun was easily the best one. I also tried the Korean fried chicken bun with gochujang, daikon carrots, and kewpie, but it did not come close to the pork belly. The pork belly with hoisin, pickled daikon carrots, and kewpie was incredible.

The red oil dumplings were awesome. I loved the sauce and the garnishes. It leaned a little more on the vinegar side but in a way I really enjoyed.

The ramen Tonkotsu 3.0 was very tasty with a lot of depth in the broth.

The pho was more of a southern style pho, slightly sweeter, but you can really taste how long the broth has been simmering. I love tendon and tripe and while they only had tripe available to add, it was still very good.

Overall the food, service, and atmosphere were all on point. I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

I was sick and looking for soup on UberEats when I came across this place and I’m so glad I ordered from them. Their pho is seriously so good! It was the only thing I could keep down while under the weather. I think I tried all of their pho options but my favorite one was the one that came with the bone I’ve attached below.

If you’re in downtown New Haven and craving a cozy bowl of noodle bliss, Mecha Noodle Bar is definitely worth a visit. Just brace yourself for the crowd, because this place is packed 🤩🤩
The decor is modern yet warm, with that perfect mix of “casual dinner” and “cool hangout” energy.😄

I don’t eat pork, so I went for the beef ramen, and honestly, no regrets😍. The noodles were fresh, the broth rich and flavorful, and every bite felt like comfort in a bowl. My two friends, however, ordered the chicken ramen, which turned out to be a bit of a letdown… bland, spice-less, and the chicken had a slight smell that didn’t help their appetite. Both of them couldn’t finish their bowls. They ordered bao after that, which was actually good.
Our non-spiked drinks were a pleasant surprise.it was light, tasty, and a great match with the ramen.

I love the ramen and bao here, plus they always have some sort of anime playing on the TV, which is a really fun touch. The cocktails are cool and inventive, I always have fun trying out their new concoctions.

This was the BEST noodle bar i've been to in sooo long!! Firstly the crab rangoon dip is to die for!!! A delicious twist in your classic crab Rangoon. I reccomend all the apps.

Next- our server Matt aka Freddy Faz Bear was a delight!! He was talking bout in it when we ordered the ramen and we dived right in
10/10

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Mecha Noodle Bar! Our final server, Matt, was an absolute all-star — super helpful with tips and recommendations. The atmosphere was chill and welcoming, the ramen was awesome, and the prices were very reasonable.

The biggest surprise? The banana pudding — we didn’t order it, but it was gifted to us and turned out to be delicious! 🍌

Thank you for making our visit special and giving my daughter and me such a memorable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Came for lunch, ordered 1 pho, an order of edamame, and a salad. The edamame came right out. It was good, salty, but very oily. The pho came out after 49 minutes, and it was not busy. Later, we had to flag the waiter down to get the check. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

The noodles/ pho and most appetizers are great but the kfcs are not the same anymore. Like, What is this? I paid $6 for this nasty piece of “chicken”? Come on now.

Came inside and order vegetable ramen to go because I was on my lunch break. I returned back to my office with no working microwave and notice my noodles were under cook. So now I have no lunch.

This place still sucks. I came in with my daughter and waiter wanted to take our order last and the table next to us came in after us. He was laughing but I didn’t find anything funny. I find it sad this place continues to be a disappointment.
