This restaurant has such an amazing vibe and feel. If you want to go to a restaurant and feel like they actually care about you check this spot out. I happened to come in when they were having a special Japanese Whiskey tasting event which was fantastic, I learned a lot about the products and could tell both the rep for the whiskey and the owner of the restaurant were quite passionate about the products. I have been wanting to go here for a while and glad I finally stopped by....
This place is so damn good you don’t understand. The ramen is very authentic and doesn’t taste Americanized at all. The pork Chasu is so tender it melts in your mouth, the broth is so good, and the egg was amazing. Please go here, the two times I’ve been here it seemed slow and they deserve more business because it’s so delicious.
Low key atmosphere, and really excellent ramen, what more could one need? It can be hard to find ramen places with a good chicken broth, so when I discover one I really appreciate it. They also do something to their menma. I have no idea what, but it was noticeably very good. Perfect spot for cozy food on a cool day.
