Absolutely love this place! This is an adorable idea for a date.
Very nice, all the cats were very playful and friendly. The place was clean.
Really love this idea. The cats are adorable and it is such a cute place. It is kids friendly and clean!
What a cute little place! Such a great place to bring my wife who misses her family cats after moving out less than a year ago.
Edit: I went back and adopted a cat from Mew Haven. They had her vet checked and found she had a bit of an infection, so they took care of her completely on their dime before giving her to my wife and I. They were super helpful and very informative during the entire process. Made sure she was healthy for the transition to a new home. 10/10 would recommend especially since their cats come from a shelter that is local.
Didn't have enough time with cats wish I had more they were super cute ^_^
It is the perfect way to get your kitty fix! They let everybody in on time, it’s clean, and there are pictures posted with all kinds of information about each cat so you have some insight on how to interact with them. I absolutely loved it.
So fun!! Highly recommend!! My boyfriend and I went for the first time and purchased the 50-minute cat lounge tickets (you can buy extended time at a discounted price if available). Tickets sell out very quickly, so buying tickets online in advance is recommended.
When we first arrived, we sat down on a bench and 3 cats immediately approached us and sat on our lap (2 cats sat on my lap at the same time, it was the best thing ever). The lounge area consisted of two rooms and a bathroom (expect to do your business in the company of cats lol). There is an employee in the lounge area at all times who can answer any questions you may have about the kitties. She was very friendly, and she also asked that you do not pick up any of the cats without asking her first (to avoid picking up the cats who don’t like it).
Most of the cats were adoptable. Ages ranged from kittens as young as 4-months-old to adult cats. There were tons of cat toys you can use to play with them.
There was also a wall that was filled with each cat’s “profile” which included their basic information (name, age, gender, etc.), an “About Me” section, behavior towards others (other cats, dogs, children), any special needs if applicable (ie. another feline companion), a diagram that indicates where they like/dislike to be pet, and their adoption fee.
Outside of the lounge area is the cafe, where you can purchase hot and cold beverages, bakery pastries (ie. oreo cinnamon roll, cupcakes, etc.), cat-themed items, and Mew Haven Cat Cafe merchandise. This is also where you check in. You are able to purchase food and drinks before you enter the lounge area, and a staff member will deliver your drink order to the lounge area so that you don’t have to miss out on time with the kitties (the pastries are pre-packaged, so you are able to take them immediately after purchase).
Overall, it was such an awesome experience, and we would definitely go again!!
We went twice and would recommend this experience.

Friendly staff ~ always a fun time!
All of the cats are so adorable and the experience was amazing. I had so much fun petting and playing with the cats. Very therapeutic in my opinion. In the future, I am definitely going to adopt through here.
I clicked on the last available spot on Saturday night- and had the best Sunday morning at Mew Haven. It was great fun doing yoga with Kristin and the kitty cats. There were so many moments of hilarious interactions with the cats . I couldn't stop smiling! I will return in the future.
I love cat cafes as I travel for work and miss my babies at home on long trips. This one was unique to me since they added a cats bio. A little information about all the cats. It included their names, story, a cat drawing of what pets they like, and even little badges of what they are like. I love the “spicy” ones. Very clean, friendly staff, and even some lap cats. Please check them out if you are around. Definitely worth it.
Our 12 year old asked if we could visit as part of their birthday, and was enjoying themselves so much that we extended our visit for another time block. The staff is fantastic, the cats are adorable and very sweet, and most of all I was super impressed at how *clean* they keep it!! We have 3 cats at home, so I know very well how much work it is to keep those litter boxes smelling fresh! It's a very well maintained space and our kiddo left grinning ear to ear. They are already talking about when can we visit again? Definitely worth checking out. Younger kids will need to be watched and reminded to be respectful. Cats are pointy little fuzzballs and don't usually have the tolerance that dogs do. But at least 3 of the cats curled up in our laps and just purred contentedly. Very relaxing way to spend part of your day!
