We got there and they told us they had to close because they ran out of receipt paper. The person was very rude and told us all “you better just leave”

Failing to understand why this place takes uber eats orders but doesn’t have the right packaging to ensure their ice cream doesn’t melt in transit.

This place has gone down the drain since it first opened. Customer service is very lazy , you walk up to place your order, they dont greet you, they are using the phone at the register and look really miserable. The ice cream is good.

This is one of my fav place !! Blue cookie butter with bubble cone is the best!! Must try

I am absolutely baffled by how this woman behind the counter spoke to me, and I’ve been a server for 5 years. We had a simple misunderstanding and I thought I was getting a bubble cone. If I was in the same situation I just would’ve said sorry and fixed the problem. She gave unnecessary attitude and I had to pay again to get what I wanted and wait for everyone else in line to go first. She wouldn’t give her name but claimed to be the manager. It was so bad I had to make this my first google review

The woman taking my order (who refused to give me her name but claimed to be the manager when asked) was extremely rude and nasty and unable to communicate to customers properly. When explaining pricing and ordering she had an attitude the entire time and didn’t understand how to communicate to the customer who simply did not understand. She continued to argue and raise her voice in a nasty tone and refused to give me her name and then remarked that she’s the manager. I did not feel safe and was made extremely uncomfortable.

The girl in the shop was so rude, impatient and not willing to answer our questions. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is the taste of their ice cream.

Always a great time there. Delicious ice cream and waffle cones. A must visit.

They rebranded into a regular ice cream place where they just scoop it in front of you now. I remember when it first came here and there was the liquid nitrogen which made it really cool to get ice cream. The staff was nice and it was clean which was good but kinda disappointing they changed the brand.

The ice cream is delicious, the place is very nice and clean , and the service is excellent. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Lot of flavours and toppings to choose from. My favourite was double chocolate with bubble waffle there. Service was also good.

Love the chocolate ice cream with a waffle wrapped . Perfect dessert for a mind and soul to be so cool and relaxing…
