They don't have good hospitality! He don't even ask what u want and assume everyone wants yellow rice without asking and then u tell him that's not what I wanted he said why I didn't say so and I told him why u didn't asked?? Bad service and attitude but had to be the better person!! Bad hospitality
My first time here. Instead explaining what I needed to do, the server just asked if I wanted to order. With that being said, the food was really good. I had the beef empanada and the loaded fries. I will be going back to try other food
I stumbled onto this spot and I was not disappointed by what I found!! First off the atmosphere give you that backyard island vibe.. the ambiance is that of a tropical paradise...when you fist open the door your greeted by the music, immediately you want to start dancing💃🕺🏽 .. then you go downstairs to this softly lit basement restaurant.. the food smells amazing, and you are greeted by what looks to be a father and daughter owner...very beautiful young lady by the way. But everything is clean, food looks well prepared and your order is taken right away. Prices are a bit high for the portions but I can tell the food is cooked with all that Latin love...I'd definitely recommend this establishment for that back home latin flavor... thanks Mofongo. This is a hidden gem in the neighborhood and if you blink you'll miss out...
This is the doughiest chicken empanada i have ever had. The flavor was there but not enough.
I loved everything, I would definitely go back, the service was super nice, it's my favorite place to eat!
Hello, very nice, everything is lovely.
I loved the place and the delicious food. It's perfect for sharing a special occasion with family. I will definitely go back.
I ate from here for the first time today when we ordered for work. It was awful. My chicken was dry (you can tell it was sitting in a steam table for possibly days) and the mofongo was dehydrated and had no flavor. Others at work got the pork and felt ill within hours of eating. I guess I should be happy that mine was just dry as a mummy and not giving me major GI issues. I’ll stick to making my own.
Tried Mofongo for lunch on my way home and it was 10/10! Recommending to all my friends and family ♡

I’m very disappointed on the pastelon dish they serve here. The meat was too salty and dried. The platanoes were mushy and all of this was excessively covered with mozzarella cheese.

The food was absolutely amazing, the mofongo was fresh and the portions were huge, the service was excellent, the only downside is having to go down the long flight of stairs.

The food was absolutely delicious. Super flavorful. In the underground portion of the old Anna Liffey’s.
