Fantastic! The spread was overwhelmingly beautiful. The food was perfectly fresh. The soup was individually wrapped and labeled! Everything was well seasoned and delicious. I ordered the Caesar chicken wrap, tropical kale smoothie and broccoli cheddar. Everything good. However, I could have had more chicken and less croutons. The broccoli cheddar was really thick and I like mine to have broccoli chunks in it. I loved the smoothie. This is a spot to go to for those looking for healthy options.

Very bad customer service, after issuing the wrong salad they ( Hispanic women with glasses) refused to give me another salad. She was rude and insensitive the salad the gave me was awful I ordered a regular salad they gave me chopped kale and some shredded meat very bad !!!

I made an online order on the Salad Shop website. I drove from Wallingford to New Haven to pick up my order. I made the mistake of not checking the order before I left. I ordered two salads. One custom and one summertime salad. I get all the way back to Wallingford to see that we were only given one salad, and the salad we did get has the wrong dressing missing some of the items we selected on it. I’m extremely disappointed, I went to call the store to inform them of the mistake but after 3 phone calls they all go a voicemail box that is full and not accepting messages. I am beyond upset and the inability to even leave a voicemail is extremely frustrating. We got charged for food we did not receive.

The 2 salads we ordered upset our stomachs. The salads were huge. The quality was mixed. Some of the produce was on point. The meats were mediocre and possibly a little off.The service was great. The atmosphere was charming but there were 0 seats so we had to eat in the car. Meh.

First time here, and will certainly be back! The ingredients are so fresh and delicious looking. We ordered the Tinga Salad (medium spicy chipolte pulled chicken) on a wrap and a Buffalo Chicken wrap. No complaints! Friendly staff. Clean environment. Fresh and crispy lettuce coupled with an overflow of toppings made for a delicious salad! The worker cut the avocado right in front of us, which proved now fresh the food was. There are quite a variety of premade salad choices, but you can also craft your own salad, or edit any of the premade choices. Great selection of dressings as well. I was impressed by the size of my salad, as I had enough for two servings. Though the ambiance isn't the greatest because the seating is parallel to the salad bar, the salads were still refreshing.

Love getting salads here. You can make your own or get one of their signature salads. They also offer smoothies. Definitely recommend when in a healthy kick and didn't have time to prepare your meals.
