Absolutely delicious pizza. Reasonable prices. Great service. Plenty of parking. The sourdough crust is so good and they are generous with the toppings.

Mannnn..no damn ac...pizza was ok..ordered the honey pot and no truffle flavor AT ALL.. asked for extra truffle honey..they gave me HONEY...the bartender had no idea about any of the house made beers so I ordered blindly....$70 for 2 small pizzas and 2 drinks, one being a beer. Horrible experience...don't waste your time or money

The pizza was worthy of its New Haven location. The crust chared, thin and light. The toppings of high quality and sauce perfect. It shined brightly on the margarita pizza with light fresh mozzarella and plenty of sauce.
Without the char the crust is a bit light on taste but is still very good. A worthy alternative to modern.

They have many plant based options, We ordered GIARDINO and it was like a salad on a pizza, it was good.
Delicious pizza, great drinks, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend the honey pot, the pecora, and the fifth of may. Lots of seating and the food comes out quick. staff are also friendly and close by if you need something

Well now, I don’t wanna cause no ruckus, and I certainly don’t enjoy giving out poor marks, especially to a place that’s clean, polite, and quick on their feet. The folks at De Langa at Nolo were real friendly—service was snappy like a squirrel on espresso, and I even caught a whiff of that glorious oven before I stepped inside. I do love me a good oven.
Now, the atmosphere... hmm. It was tidy, yes sir, but I’ll be honest—it felt more like a highfalutin art gallery than a warm Italian hideaway. Not exactly my cup of marinara, if you catch my drift.
Now the pizza. Ohhh the Margherita pizza. I hate to say it—truly, I do—but it just didn’t give me that “holy pepperoni” moment I was hoping for. The flavors were more shy than a church mouse at confession. Compared to the heavy-hitters I’ve had, this one fell short and landed quietly toward the bottom of my list. And I never take pleasure in saying that.
Still, the oven’s a beaut, the people are kind, and hey, everyone’s taste is different. I truly hope others have a better experience, and I wish them all the success in the world.

Great pizza in a fun environment. The beer was also very good. Love that they have a parking lot, which makes visiting so much easier than other places. Large booths make this a great spot for larger parties- we fit 6 adults easily.

The best pizza that I ever ate! Their pistachio pizza is an every day eating delicacy! I was in New Haven for 14 days, and went there 5 times! I tried the other pizza places there, the traditional ones, but no one matches Da Legna at Nolo!

Food was so good, I forgot to take a photo! Had the bruschetta (11/10) and a margherita pizza (delish wood fire charred bottom)

Flexing that New Haven pizza muscle, the region must welcome the newest kid on the Block (at least new to me), Nolo.. This spot has easily entered the top five New Haven pizza places for me this year.
Having visited their location a few times and also experiencing their pizza offsite. I will say this place is consistent and creative and absolutely delicious. Not only do they turn out some of the best New Haven style pizza, but their cocktails are top-notch as well.
I don’t know if I have a pizza favor yet because every time I turn around there’s something new but stay tuned for an updated review if I can make up my mind in the future lol. Highly recommend visiting their location. It’s a cool vibe and you won’t be disappointed

First of all the vibe and atmosphere was great. Service was also good. The food however could use a little more flavor. Also, the eggplant small plate could be served in another dish. It was very tall and deep. Overall an okay experience.

I occasionally get takeout pizza here but decided to dine in for Mother’s Day since the restaurant was not busy. We asked for a booth since they were empty but was told that they were all reserved, so we decided to sit in the bar area. The waitress in the bar section was not welcoming or friendly and didn’t come and check on us until the very end to ask how everything was and by then we were almost finish eating. I also noticed some of the cooks wear gloves and some handle food without gloves which I personally didn’t like. For food we got two pizzas and a beer, and they were out of one of the draft beers that we asked for. Overall, I don’t think I will return for takeout or dine in based on our most recent visit.
