Exceeded already high expectations. The food was terrific and creative. The service was top. Great way to celebrate a birthday with 7 people. I live out of town but had invited locals. I became aware of Olea through its culinary recognitions.
Olea is an outstanding restaurant. Its modern Spanish cuisine is creative as it combines ingredients in special ways and uses ingredients in innovative ways. The menu is spot on. The wine list is very good, emphasizing Spanish wines, but presenting a good selection of other terroirs as well. The service was outstanding. We thank Hugo for helping to make our evening perfect.
