We ordered today on 12/24/2024 afternoons almost 9 boxes. I got picked up so inside working guys I asked for red pepper and other pouch maybe 3 or 4 packs not giving me free. I’m ordered to any other papa John store and I asked they give us free. This store was very cheap people in walleye Avenue NEW HAVEN, CT I spent almost $85 and they not giving me for 20 cents packs. I’m not going over there and I told you don’t go. They have student working they don’t stay clean. And I’m business men too and I have 30 people worked in my under.
This is my third time to place order online and come 40 minutes later and the order is not even started they start my order when I arrive ! Why would I order online if I have to wait 15 minutes extra for order to be cooked and they refuses to cancel and return my money , the store is too cold and unprofessional never had that with any online order anywhere but here never ordering again I’m done with this place it’s ridiculous

If there is a match to make the worst pizza in the word this store is absolutely winner 🥇 ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER! Plastic pizza Cheapest of the cheap with topping Under baked while I asking for well done Ordered for first and last time pizza with mushroom and green peppers but get nothing except a garbage The boneless wings was horrible that even my cat just smell it and get away

They don't talk much but they are fast and efficient with orders! Here you can't go sit down and eat but you can schedule a very quick pick up! I recommend it

Terrible experience, ordered a pizza and a papadia it came up to 19.21 I never got my food, and was told being paid with my card I COULDNT get a refund, I had company over we ordered at 12:41 waited over an hour I called them and they said I could r get a refund I'm so mad and hungry but I promise I will never give papa jobns my money ever again
