I'm out of town and visit here once in a while. Partners is prob the best LGBTQ night scene New Haven has to offer. That said, it was LAUGHABLE to have to pay FIFTEEN DOLLARS for a Black Russian in a little glass. A Black Russian can be a delicious mixed drink that hits the spot, but it is NOT a craft cocktail deserving of a premium price point. This place thinks its in South Beach bae!!!
Came into Partners tonight for an after work drink & had a lovely time. The bartender was so friendly and eager to make me feel beyond welcome. I came in alone so he made conversation and kept me company. My after work bar from now on. Thanks Paul Xo.

One thing I find hard to do here is approach people most are standoffish or just down right rude, think they're too good to say hello too, so yeah there is a big ego here. But that's not everyone. If you love to dance and listen to the best electronic music then it's for you! If you want to meet someone you would be better off attending a wake. My crew and I have Always...
