Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful service and delicious Italian cuisine! Very clean inside and very professional. Pricey food and drinks but worth it! The quality of food , drinks and service definitely pays it off. I will definitely go again !

This is absolutely the BEST ITALIAN around! It is the Best Restuarant not only on Wooster Street, but in all of New Haven!

My husband and I are both Italian and we love good, quality food. Pasta Eataliana exceeded our expectations from the food, atmosphere and the friendly and attentive service.

The cozy atmosphere and ambiance reminded us of our trips to Italy, but it was the amazing food that transported our tastebuds right back there. An impressive menu filled with everything you could want offered me many wonderful dinners to choose from.

We shared the arugula salad, filled with fresh greens and ripe tomatoes and fresh parm. The dressing was perfect with just the right amount. The fresh bread was delish! I enjoyed the best branzino I ever had, even the spinach was delicious. My husband enjoyed 2 appetizers for his dinner. The eggplant parm was devine with a fresh marinara! He also enjoyed the melt in your mouth short rib app. Dessert was their famous tiramisu - light and so delicious!

If authentic, Italian food is what you want, just go to Pasta Eatalina! It may be your first time going, but I promise, it won't be your last! We are already planning to go back next week!

I don't leave reviews often but wanted to give this place a shoutout. Meatballs were as good as they get and the carbonara was the best I've ever had. You will not be in and out of here quick but with good company and even better staff(esp Mario) why would you wanna leave. I'll be back soon!

First time here, definitely not our last! Not sure where to start. The service was very friendly, and attentive. We were a table of 5, and we asked for suggestions based on each of our tastes. We were all given recommendations, we all had something different, and the recommendations were spot on! Now about the food. I had the Calamari and Shrimp appetizer, I had it NY style, and it was the best calamari dish I've ever had, it was melt in your mouth good,and the sauce was phenomenal! I had gnocchi bolognese, and wow! All the pasta is freshly made, and tastes like you're eating in Italy, simply put, the most delicious pasta dish I've had! For dessert I had creme Brule cheesecake, all desserts are made in-house, and once again, absolutely delicious! If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Everyone in our party felt the same. The prices are more than fair, especially for the freshness, and quality of food. If anyone asks me for a recommendation on a great Italian restaurant, this will be top of my list. Thank you for a great dining experience, and we will be back soon.

I recently dined (again) at an PE and as always it exceeded my expectations (again). this is a big statement for a restaurant on one of the biggest and iconic food streets in New Haven. (Wooster). The food, especially the pasta, was amazing--perfectly cooked and bursting with authentic flavors. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, and the appetizers were just as delightful. The quality is consistent every time, and the service is top-notch, making each visit enjoyable. The intimate setting adds to the charm, creating a cozy atmosphere ideal for a relaxed meal. Highly recommend for anyone craving great Italian cuisine!
