The place is extremely hot, so please beware of waiting inside.
The wait for the smoothie took over 20 minutes— almost 30 minutes. The people working were not nice and helpful at all when I asked for help with my order. I was dismissed and they did not listen to me at all (I heard them bad mouthing customers as well). When I finally got my smoothie, it was not filled fully and was nothing special. The biggest issue was the wait time and rude staff.

It’s very very hot inside, and the wait for one smoothie was over 25 minutes. I asked about my order and they said “it’s coming up”, but proceeds to take another 10+ minutes. Really not helpful at all and way too long of a wait for something that is very average. There are much better places!! I paid $10+ for a smoothie and I suggest anyone to please spend that elsewhere where you can get so much more + not have terrible service.

It was delicious, great selection, friendly staff, so many house made nut butter options and a focus on sustainability!

Loved the oatmeal bowls - filling and nutitious.

Employees were nice but smoothies were quite off. Not terrible but kinda mealy and unappetizing looking. Too thick to be drunk with straw and kind of a sandy texture. I have been to the other location years ago- i think these employees need training.

I ordered an iced latte and it tastes watered down. Absolutely disgusting will not be coming back. Also I had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee when it was completely empty.

They will make you wait 30 minutes for a poorly made and obscenely overpriced smoothie. A tiny bottle of 5 day old juice costs TEN DOLLARS.

Service was excellent, both employees were kind and courteous. The airline smoothie did not impress me: generally unremarkable. For the price that I paid, I expected a much better tasting product. Of course, consider the proximity to Yale’s campus, you are paying for the location.

Best smoothies in all of Connecticut never watered down I love their juices they're smoothies they're acai bowls avocado toast everything is amazing and staff is always super friendly
