I knocked on the door without realizing they wouldn't open for another 15 minutes. The server was SO kind, letting me in and taking my order despite the store not being open. I got a Billy Oat with almond butter and it was delicious. <3

Employees were nice but smoothies were quite off. Not terrible but kinda mealy and unappetizing looking. Too thick to be drunk with straw and kind of a sandy texture. I have been to the other location years ago- i think these employees need training.

Service was excellent, both employees were kind and courteous. The airline smoothie did not impress me: generally unremarkable. For the price that I paid, I expected a much better tasting product. Of course, consider the proximity to Yale’s campus, you are paying for the location.
