We recently hosted an event at the Westville location and it was wonderful. Nesha did an amazing job communicating with us and we were well taken care of. The food was excellent and it was a warm cozy place for us to gather.
We were blown away by the coffee art and the snacks were delicious. Usually coffee places like these are nice but pricey, given the quality, this time we really felt like it was well worth the money!
We had a blast and will definitely be coming back. Especially outside peak hours, the atmosphere is really nice and comfy!

We had to wait for 1 and half hours for 4 simple sandwiches. The food was ok, but not the best. The dessert was not freshly made either. Very disappointment!

I stopped by Pistachio Café in New Haven recently, and while the coffee was absolutely amazing, I can’t say the same for the waffles — they honestly tasted like they were made in a microwave.
That said, Ray, the shift lead supervisor, completely turned our experience around. From the moment we walked in, he was kind, patient, and soft-spoken, even while juggling a high volume of customers. When we mentioned we weren’t happy with the food, Ray personally came over, refunded us, and even offered to make fresh waffles. We politely declined, but his professionalism and genuine care stood out.
Ray himself is a true asset to this team — the kind of person every café needs. If he were working somewhere with a stronger food menu, this review would easily be five stars. Ray is the reason this place gets four stars instead of one. Keep being you, Ray — you really make customers feel valued. 💚
This was my first visit, but if I am ever in the area again, it will be a must visit again. Food was excellent and the staff were super nice. It was clearly a very busy time (Sunday brunch time), but they made it work. Pistachio omelette was so great! Honey cinnamon latte was fab! I cannot say better things about this spot. Go if you can!

The environment the owners have created is one of a kind in New Haven. Great coffee, food/pastries, music is always nice. Though, best thing is the barista/server team they have cultivated. Shout out Jozzy, Estelle and Jarlenys for always being so helpful, friendly and making great lattes.
