Waited for so long in line to be seated while they were still having half of the place and tables empty Food was horrible so don't get excited with their Instagram posts We ordered egg (pistachio classic) they used expired canned grey colored mushrooms And raw onions inside the eggs At least cook the meal decently Bread was cold Asked for butter which took them 10 mins to serve Falafel was again so disappointing Spinach inside was stale and onions were sour Coffee was served cold as well Very disappointing overall experience.. At least use high quality food please

Been here a few times before for coffees and pastries, which are amazing. Decided to try breakfast here with my wife because Bella's café across the street had a one hour wait and we were in a hurry. Sat down in the main dining room without a wait which was great and ordered our coffees and breakfast. We each ordered an omelette because the menu although packed with selections didn't have very many breakfast options. I ordered a mushroom and cheese omelette my wife ordered the basil feta we both ordered a pistachio latte. Latte was delivered hot and delicious, omelette took :40 so in the meantime, we ordered three pieces of baklava which were delivered frozen. The cheese in the inside of my omelette wasn't melted, it was cold and raw even though the egg was so overcooked and browned that i couldn't eat it all. The hash brown was just a frozen hash brown that was heated up, gross. The bread that was served was just that, bread, not toasted or buttered. This is obviously just a small coffee shop that decided to start doing breakfast with extra space. They should stick with just coffee and pastries.

Hi I decided to try a new lunch place with a friend and it turned out all kind of wrong. I ordered a salad on the menu called the Green Goddess Salad. Well I got a bowl of greens ($17.00). Certainly nothing like described on the menu nor the picture that is on the menu. The salad was to be mixed greens, pecans, dried cranberries, feta cheese red bell peppers (asked for tomatoes instead) and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I sent it back and was told it would take another 15 minutes which I did not have because we already waited 20 minutes to get our food. The manager came out an asked if I wanted something else and I responded NOPE. I did not trust them to do anything else if they could not even make a simple salad. She offered us both a smoothie on the house and those took forever as well. Keep in mind we got there at 11:30 before the lunch rush began. The waitress never came back to even ask us everything was fine. The rest of our encounter was with the manager. Speaks to the training they are giving the staff. My friend ordered a Veggie Wrap which was certainly not worth $17.00 bucks. Very little hummus, pickles, tomato and arugula with drop of red pepper paste. The place is cute but not worth another visit nor the trouble from me. My suggestion to this place is to train your staff better and do a better job reviewing your food before you bring it out to the customer. I would like to thank the manager that was on duty that day because she did her best to make things right. She was sent from another location to help this store do better - that speaks volumes. I hope you go and have a better experience than I had. Good luck!!!

What a wonderful relaxing place. The waitress was so attentive, friendly and kind. It is such a nice place to enjoy alone or with a friend etc.. for a couple hours.

This place was definitely a huge let down... I'm not a huge coffee or tea person so I decided to get a smoothie. I watched the barista make this and it was legit flavored syrup, milk and blended ice. Tastes like bad strawberry milk with ice shards. Was horrible. My friend got the same thing and couldn't have more than a few sips it was so bad. For nearly $7 for a SMALL smoothie, there should be actual fruit in it. Not to mention, no one greeted us for a few minutes when we entered despite the barista standing right there making a drink. I don't expect her to stop and serve us but at least say hi or acknowledge us. It wasn't until there was a huge line behind us that someone casually came to the front. Seems like they get very busy but the staff operates as if it's the opposite. Won't be returning. Also, the "instagramable" part of the place is only if sit down to order to eat. Wouldn't eat here if they can't even make a smoothie...

I'll keep this short, the wait was horrendous. We was told 20 minutes, it took a hour to have a seat. It took another hour to get the food. We had to ask the waitress twice before we had an update. They were great with their apologies but this place needs better management. The food and drinks were pretty but don't match with taste. The waffle was cold after such a long wait and the shawarma was bland. This place may be instagram pretty for pictures but the food and wait isn't worth it. We bought a few pastries and a fruit smoothie. That was the only decent thing that was there. The place is pretty and has a cool display of old appliances. This was a truly disappointing experience.

Aesthetically , It was a very cute cafe. I loved the wall decor even though my chair was very dirty and old. I think this place could use a good furniture update. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to eat at this place because of the Instagram promotions, but I am sad to say that it did not meet any of my expectations or what was displayed on the videos. I asked for a pistachio iced latte and I got my iced latte in a to go cup meanwhile i dined in. Instead of the latte having natural pistachio, all they did was add pistachio syrup .I did not taste any pistachio milk, or any real pistachio for that matter, I ordered a falafel wrap and got store-bought Falafel. It had no flavor, no seasoning and it was not good. Even tahini sauce lacked flavor. The only good thing was our server. She was very nice, but it was very disappointing that I had to drive so long to have such dissatisfying food and drinks.

10/10 even though I ordered take out. I can only imagine how extra delicious everything is in person & super fresh. The steak fries with the tasty panini were full of seasoning & still crispy. The panini was flavorful. The chocolate cake was very different but still delicious . And the Iced Chocolate coffee was perfect. I highly recommend trying them. I was very satisfied with my order. A little pricey but worth every single penny.

I definitely recommend coming just for the cafe ambience, but can't recommend the very high priced food in the restaurant side. I ordered the rose pistachio tartine for $16 and was shocked when a tiny slice of bread came out with a tiny salad. The ricotta had a watery texture, the rose jam had no rose flavor, and the bread was barely toasted. While it tasted fine for a snack, it was absurdly overpriced. It was also frustrating that, after paying so much for a slice of toast, I wasn't even allowed to stay at my table and read, even though the cafe was empty: I was told I had to move to the other side of the room. I would have understood if people had been waiting for tables, but this felt silly. The service from Becky was excellent, and the decor is absolutely beautiful.

Met a few friends for brunch at Pistachio Cafe today. Had a 15 minute wait, which was extremely reasonable. This cafe is decorated in a Victorian style like a ladies lounge, it is just lovely. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I believe this is an awesome restaurant for tea, cappuccino, coffee and pastries and cakes. The rest of their food was just okay. I had a quiche which literally had no flavor (it was red pepper and feta) and the crust was mushy. My friends had a tuna panini which smelled and looked terrible, there were pickles mixed into the tuna and the fig tartine which was good but had as a rock. I MIGHT go back but it would only be for those scrumptious looking desserts! They are the stars here!
